It has been very upsetting this year not having the endless talking from DB... its a shame that they continue to be in the shadow of the hill.... they cant reload as the hill has ... and even with their most loaded team(last year) they win the Big 9 games when nothing matters and choke in every big game.... stick to football....and remember these years of inferiority when you have a decent year and act like God has blessed baseball with your teams... thanks

The three he hit was from NBA range... the kid was pumped for the biggest game of the year... and he was not yelling at the greeneville bench he was yelling at his team... please stop all this class crap.... and TO ALL THE CENTRAL FANS WHO WROTE five pages about how bad of a sport he was and put a video up there.... i was informed today that the first kid called him a sand ni**er... the kid should have been decked... not wattad getting criticized...

Where are the Omar haters now????HUH?All the topics of how much better Wiggins is than wattad can now STOP...... Thank God someone else agrees with me ... This has been bothering me all year... I wish someone could give me Cutlips coaching strategy.... bc all i see happening is a whole lot of yelling and no coaching going on...the way his pulls players if they miss a shot might work if you have 15 Wiggins, wattads, and throps sitting on your bench... but you just dont have that.... not to mention during timeouts he sits there and huddles with the other coachs the majority of the time and does not even talk to the team ...I dont see morgan or duncan yelling the WHOLE entire game or having a coachs conference during the time out ....i feel its pretty evident that science hill has the most talent in the area and if morgan or duncan had that team then they would not LOSE to teams like central.... after friday nights game it leaves me wondering is it time for a new coach????????

I have to ask... is it just me or is Cutlips coaching strategy not questionable....the other night against central... i watch the game and hess... centrals best player does not leave the game... however... on the sh side you have wattad... who does not start then gets taken out by the 5 in 5 out system...i dont remember him messing up but if he is playing with the second squad basically all soph and he does not touch the ball... why do you take him out... then gets a total of around 2 3 shots in the WHOLE FIRST HALF..In addition ashlon adams... questionably the most athletic player on the team who has shown flashes of great potential...gets to play a total of around 3 min the whole game.... i cant wait till the arbys... we will see if cutlip continues this and for all those who think this is omar ... its not.. i promise... the screen name would not make since at all... i dont play basketball... big fan tho

Well while the most of the Big 9 teams were battling it out. THe Toppers had their 1st game and demolished Morristown East 85 to 45... Ashlon Adams led the way with 15. Wattad had 13 and Avery had 14. Wattad also finished with 9 boards and 7 assists. He played point guard the whole game and showed everyone in attendance that he is a complete player...defensively, rebounding, and most of all HIS VISION WAS AMAZING. he was making passes that would hit his teammates in the chest before they knew they had it. COMPLETE PLAYER. Everyone who thinks Ashlon Adams has a bad attitude is sadly mistaken. He played hard and knocked down shots and was very emotional on the bench as far as cheering. The whole team was. Great win Toppers!

please Apparantly you did not watch many games. Forney was one of the biggest senior year chokes in SHHS histoy...if he would have played good in the tournament down the stretch Science Hill WOULD HAVE BEAT GREENVILLE. He scored a grand total of around 15to 20 points the whole post season... and science hill needed him as their other scorer not as a hustle player... down the stretch and against greenville... the defense shaded towards omar and shhs missed the shots..... i feel one thing that can be unquestioned is how hard wattad plays...maybe you watched the game they beat volunteer by 50...

Excuse me for missing the 05... one more question about domination and who is the consistently better team... In the Arby's Classic ( best competition year in year out in the area) who consistently does the best? In fact i think they were the only team in the winners bracket last year and i am not sure about the year they BARELY lost to the eventual winner atl Mays..but i think they were the only local team that year also... so tell me that Science hill is not the better team...

Who are you to know about Wattads attitude.... from what i have seen from the kid which is a lot.... he is a great teammate and i have no idea what the finger thing is... and to the person who took hess.... thats exactly why your NEVER going to be a coach... even someone who HATES omar would still take him over hess... personally i would take either of them with one arm over hess

It was not a question about whether he was going to play. And i do feel he will play at G town. but back to THE QUESTION. both players have the strengths. Wattad is a more disiplined player better defender and better ball handler. While Wiggins is very athletic and can make stuff happen. Great question... no real answer... depends on what you need

This could be the most ignorant post i have ever seen. One game does not take away from a dominant team in the Big 7 now Big 9 conference. Even DB fans cant contest that Science Hill IS THE DOMINANT team. How quickly Central forgets an embarassing lose at home by over 30 points. I am not taking anything away from the district title, but i science hill over the years is always at the top. As far as comparing Deshaud to Omar. The kid is going to king college how are you going to compare that to anything Wattad has done. You want to question his talent that is your opinion but wattad has led the best team in the conference on and off the court since he was soph. In conclusion i feel that Science Hill will again win the conference, but will lose sometime during conference play due to a young team.

Omar Wattad, the 6'6 now 205 pound Guard for the Science Hill Hill Toppers, has improved his game over the summer and has some GREAT options to choose from as far as College ball is concerned. He can now drain it from 25 to 30 feet with no difference in his shot as if he were shooting a 15 footer....that is due to his improved strength. He will always look light just because he is built that way, but he now weighs 205 when at the end of school ball he weighed 185 to 190. He has matured from AAU ball and his foot speed is quicker than it has ever been (he can guard that ball).....Anyways he has a press conference to announce where he is going to school Monday October 16th.......it should be interesting to see...its between Vandy Georgetown Umass or UNCW. where does everyone think he will head to?

i remember that game. wattad was getting wherever he wanted on the court. he just was not hitting anything. harpeth was TOUGH though. but any other night wattad would hand it to them. he stopped himself. no noncredit to harpeth. they were the better team then..........but that was then. the toppers have buitl a whole lot of chemistry lately and they will be extremely hard to beat

Wattads shots just were not falling early. Wiggins could not touch him the entire 2nd half. Wattad was burning him like it was nothing. Wiggins is great but he is too slow for Wattad. I think Wiggins length and athleticism helps him in High School Bball. In college you cant just lob it up to him and score. He has to create and that is something he cant do. This summer should be fun if they play together. Wiggins will get quicker and everything will be great for them 2. Both are D1 players. BUT i just want to say to all of yall who were saying Wattad has a whole team to work with. Look when the game is on the line. He had 25 and the next scorer was 7 points. He had 4 assists out of the other 7 baskets that were made. Cant wait until next year Toppers.

Omar has gotten 6 scholarship offers. OFFERS. That means he can verbally commit RIGHT NOW if he wanted to. these are the schools. UTC, ETSU, MTSU, TENN TECH, APPY ST,and SOUTHERN ILLINOIS. SIU was on national T.V. today just to let you know. Oh yeah Wattad lit it up in the Arbys, great players step up in against good competition. He is the only player around here that can do his thing against competition like the Classic

If those were buchanan stats...then they were about even last night.Plus Buchanan has the best shooter in the conference on his team...and Hess was playing great. Buchanan can get assists by kicking to Weatherford or Hess. They were both hitting all night. Wattad can and was kicking to Forney..but he could not hit an open 3 to save his life...Central had more last night. But the Hill will be back. And Wattad is the Best player in the conference...I just cant wait when Wattad is playing D1 ball and Buchanan is relaxing at Tusculum or Milligan or something. Then you can sit and say "wow, Wattad is truly better than ole great Gabe" HAHA. wait till Regionals. The Hill will be in the championship!
