Seen a lot of good games in 4A, people who deserve it Braylon Young from Alcoa, Puckett from DeKalb, Gill from DeKalb, Hugley from East Ham., DT from Giles that impressed me but never caught his name, Jacob Buttrey from Fairview

Your shooting yourself in the foot with this post, there is no one on Giles' team that is SEC caliber from any thread on here I have seen. I watched them and didn't see anyone that I felt would make it ether from Giles. So how is DeKalb not good enough now that we have gotten that argument out of the way.

yes it was, I felt a little under the weather last night. So didnt go to another game Friday night. Stayed home with the misses haha

Maryville, was a really good game

I honestly think you are crazy, i have seen all the top teams in 4A besides covington and LA, DeKalb is one of the fastest if not the fastest ive watched their D shuts down everything. Yes, the other team might get a play or 2 in but thats about it. When i watched Greeneville they had a hard time, yes it was against west ( a really good team) but Dekalb looks so much faster than them and as for Giles, if you stop 15 and 21 you shut them down, they had a hard time against fairview because they played the pass and made them earn their yards. East Hamilton is big and physical, they line up in I-Backs and run it right at you (pretty freaking good at it too). Fulton has crazy athletes, if its anyone faster than them its these guys, but they are an inner-city school with no real discipline. They just go out, do what they want and win ball games.

You are one of the cockiest guys on here... I think most people would agree, obviously Livingston didn't beat them everywhere besides the scoreboard... if they did the scoreboard would have taken care of its self...

Matters with the young men your working with... Some will take to it like a fish to water and will become twice the player they were; others will shut everything out and hide in a cacoon. You have to know your players.

I hope Giles pulls their starters by half time.... don't embarrass them to bad

I agree with a lot of this i make all my predictions though on what i have seen not statistics though. I do have a question for you Greeneville faithful, did you guys play down to West? Im curious thats the one i came and saw.

If you really looked ive been pulling for you guys and DeKalb since the beginning, i after all did choose you 2 to win it all just from the sheer number of returners. I have now seen it and im leaning with DeKalb, its my personal opinion; you can get angry all you want. Its not going to change my mind. You guys are a very well coached, very athletic football team. It wouldnt really suprise me that much if you did beat DeKalb. (Im guessing that would be semi's as of right now?)

I have personally seen both teams play, Ive seen all the top dogs this year beside Covington and Livingston and Livingston lost last friday to White House so they will drop far. I think the Giles and Greeneville game would be a very good one, but Giles has more speed than Greeneville. Both teams would have a really hard time with East Hamilton, because of their athleticism. If ethier of you guys play DeKalb or Fulton (I suspect you will) all I can say is Goodluck haha DeKalbs D is stupid fast; you can see the numbers their O is putting up and Fulton just has a butt load of atheletes as any inner-city school. It will all be very interesting to watch in the playoffs and to clarify I'm from Maryville, im about as un-bias as you can get. Goodluck to every team

im sure, thats great coaching, another thing is Dekalb didnt have a defence last year as everyone says (i personally dont know), but now there D is just one huge stud, its amazing to watch how they all seem to hit the ball carrier at once, sworming him (usually in the backfield) haha and you guys have a great ball club, you trully do

I have actually seen the devils, i do live in Maryville. I have to say DeKalb is atleast 2x faster than them and hit a lot harder, also your team did beat dekalb last year but dekalb was winning until the fourth quarter too; dont take this as me being a DC fan i graduated from Maryville im just a 4A fan in general Another note Fulton is also alot better than greeneville to me and LA lost so there goes #5 in 4A

Well i was there, great atmosphere, but if you ever do play DeKalb you are going to have a very rough time...

haha ok! and its just me, after you all i need to see is Covington and Livingston; Im pumped for tonight because DeKalb has just blown me away compared to all these other teams ive went and seen, cant wait! im gonna' come sit beside ya' Old Man haha

they are about the same as Greeneville honestly. They reminded me a lot of them, the play style and everything. The only thing is they dont have the running back like smith does.

Im no coach haha i graduated from Maryville back in the day, threw certain events i became a big 4A guy and like just going around seeing the best teams, it makes me un-biased in my opinion. Im pretty active in the 6A threads too, just 4A is more interesting to me; Not to big or to small if you get what i mean haha

Steeler007 im curious, what is your team? sometimes you seem like a DeKalb fan then you bash them, your on the fence about a lot of things haha
