Bledsoe wins by 20. They bring more fans than we have too.

I agree completely but wasn't surprised at all by it. Just goes to show you no matter who they get to come out, if you can't coach you can't win. We have a losers mentality here in Grundy, i'm starting to believe it's accepted by everyone.

It really doesn't matter who comes out. This is sad!

It's a proven fact people follow winners. That's why our crowds at all our events are suffering. We really counted on the gates from the 3 Marion County teams to help our football program but since we couldn't beat them we schedule teams that brings 30 fans. But hey we got a win.

Not a chance. But I sure would love to see a class act coach like Mathis, Caine or Grider in all our programs in Grundy. Our kids sure deserve better that's for sure.

I would love to hear the whole story. Would you care to enlighten us?

It's a very sad situation up here. It's a total embarrassment for this county and our kids hearing how people from surrounding counties talk about us. The current leadership sure brags in the paper about how good things are here though.

We are 1-1, But it's back to reality this week. York by 2 touchdowns.

I hear if we get another W this season the road from L and L to the high school is gonna be named after the coach.

I hope we can hang on to get the win. We sure didn't make any money from their fan support.

I wonder if we got the chain crew lined up or will we be begging the visitors fans tonight? I sure hope it's better than last week's game. Maybe we got our new helmets and pads tonight and we will be able to play safer and be more prepared.

Grundy had their opportunity to get rid of him at the first of the fiscal year. The DOS and High School administration wanted to keep him. So now here's year 3, let's sit back and see what it has in store.

This will be the biggest crowd of the season. We will have a chain gang this week with it being the first home game. But the future I'm not sure of. Ezell 27 Grundy 7.

This is exactly how it is up here on this mountain. The children are punished if a parent says anything. We just had this same issue during basketball season. Jnutz boys are two of the best talented boys on this mountain right now and as long as their here they will be held back because of the people the family in charge wants as coaches. If they were mine they would have never started GCHS. Like I stated before the house needs cleaning from the top down in everything.

Since Friday is our first home game of the season I was wondering if we are gonna have a chain gang. Last year I know we had to get visiting team fans to do it. We barely had fans in the stands. That's how bad it was.

I don't understand if all the parents are feeling the way you do why don't you all take a stand to the administration and try to get something done? If it's as bad as everyone on here is saying I'm wondering why the other coaches are letting all of it go on? I here they are all taking up for one another.

The only team that did anything up here and probably the lowest paid supplement of the coaches in the system. You have probably made others jealous of the success your team has had. You might want to watch your back you might be the next coach that's replaced.

All I'm stating is facts. What has Grundy done to acknowledge those kids that has won all the stuff you mentioned? The kids you were mentioning here co-op here and doesn't even attend Grundy. Therefore are not affected by this limp. Face it unless changes are made nothing's ever gonna change here.

It's truly sad that our kids take such a low priority like they do here. Losing has become a habit, it's starting to be accepted and the norm in our athletic programs across the board.
