Glad to here about Harrison. I havent talked to him since state track. I met him there and he is a great guy. One of the most athletic that i have seen or competed against. He beat me out of high jump, and long jump, and Decathalon lol. Hope he gets some playing time next year. Wish him best of luck.

Wow i hadnt been reading the paper or been on Coacht in a while. Havent seen that article but i could have told you what it said before i read it. I love those boys to death and i would still do anything for them and Hampton because my blood runs BLUE. I understand in a way what dustin and milhorn were saying and where they were coming from, yet i also know why they think that. Its just the competivness between us all that has been there since i can remember. I wish you boys luck this year and in the playoffs. I would be more careful how you quote in the paper cause it can come back and bite you in the butt. Ill be there as many games as i can cheering you on. You know what i think they should do about this? Quit bickering back and forth about who the coach is and who is getting more playing time and yoda yoda yoad...The players need to have enough heart and dedication to get in that gym and work there butts off for their coach, their community, and theirselves. Take pride in the colors they wear and put forth the effort to return Hampton to the top. Since i was a freshman thats all i ever wanted to do. I have spent more hours in that gym and weightroom than i have at my own house, just to try to make a difference on the court or on the field. It doesnt matter who the coach is or if he is any good (You could have Coach K as your coach but if you are not willing to give it your all it isnt going to matter) , its about who has the most heart and pride in their school to step out on that court or field every night and give thier absolute best no matter what. I think i speak for the whole Hampton team when i say this. We highly respect Cosby and wish them the best in the playoffs. Maybe we can see a rematch later down the road. Play hard and keep safe.

Adam it has really been great playing with you over the years. I am truley sorry your senior season had to come to an end like it did. Losing you has really been hard on the team, some harder than others, but we will manage. We are working harder than ever in practice trying to make for that long trip to the 'Burro. You have overcome so much in your life. A broken leg doesnt seem like much anymore. When you get that brace off, i know youll work harder and longer to make up for it. I'll help you anyway i can cause i know you can still complete that lifelong dream. I believe that you will put those pads on again, maybe not this year, but in the future. Who knows maybe ill be putting those pads on right beside you. So hold your head high cause you have accomplished so much over the years. There is still alot to come. What high school line could block well for four quarters with 8-9 defensive players busting the line every play? sounds like hampton has a heck of offensive line if this happened and still had over 300 yards rushing, but your right on one thing if the play calling dont change there will be a early exit from the playoffs.

I would have to disagree, sounds like they had there hands full against hampton(erwin won) but hampton was missing 7 players, to football, hope to see a good game when they meet again. they played against each other alot over the summer and it made for some good games to watch. unicoi by 18

if region one is weak then why did theyat least 2 teams make to at least the second round of the playoffs and one that is still going.(Hampton)

Hampton was missing half of there Varsity as well. At least one of there starters is missing.
