Hard for some to just admit the better team won. Not once or twice but all three times. Good job lady eagles!!!

The biggest problem i have noticed in the last 11 years in 9A is there are several officials that turn their attention more towards what the crowd is saying and let that affect their calls in my opinion. Its one thing to make a call in error or miss a call but when the game is not being called fairly that is another issue.There are some descent refs but not very many in my opinion. I have never wanted to be a ref however i pay good money to see a fair game called and if someone does not feel they can be fair to all involved then they should not be in that position. Besides, whether someone wants to be a ref or not should not matter as far as how the ones that do act on the floor during a game. The kids are the ones that have to stand and take it in the end.

You are entitled to your opinion. I did not comment on Pierce because that is not my concern. I have seen every game Barnes has played and know a lot more about what she has accomplished than you do. I stand by my post.

Kristin Barnes - Eagleville. Averaging 11.4 points per game, 5 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 1.4 steals. Great defensive player. Dedicated team player in all aspects of the game.

I'll take Barnes from Eagleville. One of if not the best one on one defensive player in the district.

The season is young. Tried something different and it did not work as well as he thought.

No transfers. More depth and playing team ball. Defense is good.
