i think they should definitely have it at harriman. theyve got the biggest by far with the upper deck and it is very dangerous to have that many people in the space i was at the unaka tourney for the cosby game and it was awful they should play at a college or fund for more seats and i dont see any $$ anytime soon TBK

I agree they should have it at a neutral site. I went to Rockwood to watch it last year and it was extremely crowded; they're people standing out in the hall to watch. And when it is that crowded it gets exteremely hot. I heard somewhere that it was 100 deg. on the court. That is a little obsurd but I mean it's way too hot to be playin in. Does anybody know the biggest gym in the district??

MM5 has a good point.You can't miss freebies down the stretch and expect to win games. They had a 20 point lead at the end of the 3rd and won by three. That's unexceptable and an MVP is supposed to step up and take over if he sees his team slacking off. Turn overs are dier. If your winning by 20 and you just give them the ball then your asking to lose. I'm not saying shannon doesn't deserve the MVP because he does, that's why he got it. I'm just saying that he needs to step up to his title while it lasts.TBK

Shannon is a good player and a good athlete, but how many boards and assists and steals is he averaging?? I mean points are nice but that's not all that wins game. Granted they do get all the attention but there's much more to it. And it's a team sport not a Shannon show. Good Luck teams.TBK

The boys game will be a great one. PJ and O.S. split their meetings this year with O.S. winning the first one by three and PJ winning the second one by 2.I think if PJ plays their game then they won't have much trouble because they were up 15-0 at the end of the first quarter. That all means nothing now though. It should come down to the last shot like the last two games. TBK

Yes I think those girls will lose, because Oneida has the better coach and nothing else matters in a tourney. I mean look at the boys, PJ was undefeated and had the best talent in the whole thing.They LOST. Crap happens and remember they're just kids. When the pressure is on you never know whats going to happen. TNBK

He got in trouble and was said to be suspended but wasn't.That was the reason for his off game.Yes Oneida won and i congratulate them, but I'm just saying I don't think they have the best team. I think if PJ played like they played against Wartburg in the championship game then they couldn't be touched but that's just how the hammer falls. I'm not here to argue I just wanted to put my two cents in.TBK

PJ does have the better team. They have the best defense too. The only reason they lost is because there leading scorer who averages 18 pts. a game had 4. He had a personal problem that through his whole game off signifigantly.PJ who missed only 2 foul shots the night before and none the day after went 0-9 on the line. If PJ would've played their game they would've won.And as for two players missing practice because of football, PJ also had 2 players that played football for Coalfield that missed every practice except one.If PJ was to rematch Oneida or play Fairview they would win both 4 out of 5.

Does anybody have word on when the games will be held, I'm eager to get the sectionals and sub sectionals started. I think O.S. can and will be beat by Oneida. They are a great all-around team and have a good coach. If they keep moving the ball and getting open looks like they have been then O.S. will be caught off guard and more than likely lose. I pick Oneida to win it all. Go Lady Indians!! TBK

Sorry for the misunderstanding.It seems some people have gotten the wrong idea. Daugherty is the only player with the flu but is doing a lot better and should be ready by game time.As for Langley and Bunch, they don't have the flu just a very bad case of something not as severe. There is no telling what Duncan has.

Well from what I've heard no one is playing on Friday. Morgan Co. schools were cancelled and all five starters are sick. Daugherty has 3 different kinds of flu.Bunch and Langley have the same thing but I'm not sure what. Duncan is always sick. I haven't heard anything about Nichols.
