  1. Those big guys up front took pride in being nasty. They let their mullets grow out, beards get nappy, and made sure their gut was always showing. You would think they were air traffic controllers on Friday nights, they had their own language. We will miss all of the seniors forsure.
  2. If all works out then I will be right there with you 89! Will let you know sooner to the date. How did the Spring go for your boys?
  3. I think Clark will take em to a 3rd or 4th place finish. I would love to see em knock off one of the top two but they will have to work real hard
  4. Heard the Irish had a good outing to finish off Spring ball. Clark needs to work real hard on his offense and get them moving the ball a little more effective for the fall. The few returning starters and players are playing big leadership roles and making everyone around them work real hard. I liked what I seen this Spring and that's reality. Go Irish!
  5. Yep me too. I think Collinwood may turn some heads this year if they can get some discipline taken care of but will not be a threat to the 1&2 seed. We will see, ready for some football
  6. Coach Sam Young of Houston County will be headed to CW. Tough loss for HC but great asset to the Wood
  7. Hey BigPurple that Finley fella is a good one. He hasn't produced in Dover (HC's big rival) but no one has since they lost Coach Holiday a couple years back. I've met Finley and his guys play real hard for him, would be a big hire for Gibson County and I think he would be great to get something going there. He's real country so those boys better wear camo to practice and that's reality.
  8. There wasn't one this year. I heard distance was the issue... I was disappointed as well
  9. Houston county is playing the best basketball of the season right now... PC's hotline is gonna have to be the 3 point line. You aren't coming in low on HC's big post players
  10. Lol bad word choice on my part. He seems happy here, I hope he sticks around
  11. Somewhere between the 2-4 seed I really believe. They lost a lot last year but they've had some great guys come out this year to fill those roles. They will still be a handful up front and will have a ton of experience in the backfield. Go Irish!
  12. I've said it before and I'll say it again. Wayne County will win this region for as long as Rice has a job there. I don't believe Huntingdon has the second spot locked up just yet, it's gonna be a dogfight for 2-4. Collinwood has potential to turn heads this year imo
  13. They couldn't stomp a mudhole in a pig pen
  14. Yes their schedule was very weak but after a 2-8,1-9 year I would not expect them to schedule Alcoa..
  15. No lil horsey I have no kin in these parts. They all come from your area, literally
  16. The Irish will graduate 19 some odd seniors in May and will field a very young team in the Fall. A lot of the young guys that will be filling roles played on the 2014 team due to injuries so we will see how they fare this go around. Coach Clark is entering his sixth season and is already one of the longest tenured coaches ever in HC football so the word "program" comes up; with that you have to get to a point where you don't rebuild every other year but rather reload every year. Can he put together a playoff team in 2016?
  17. Don't know anything about either team except what I see today and I'm very impressed with the heart and maturity of this Marion County team!
  18. There's a ton of them already today. It'll turn your stomach forsure
  19. Little horsey you're a character. Maybe if you weren't an idiot you could show your face in public places
  20. Oh yea. Got to see Coach Rice though, talked with him for awhile.
