  1. Sounds like this has happened a lot in Jackson County...👀
  2. Never met him obviously, but glad to hear he's doing well. Halls was good back in those days.
  3. Great team. Pearl-Cohn beat a solid team to win the state title too. Halls was stacked that year with 5 All-State players (2 linemen: Justin Satterfield and Stacy Rutherford; LB Dustin Johnson; DB Adam Weaver and RB Scott Carter).
  4. Wingman and one-liners go together like Rebelwoman87 and the kitchen.
  5. Yep. They also beat AAA state champion Oak Ridge in 1991. Billy Jack Haskins was their QB that year, and he went on to play at Kentucky.
  6. You talking about the Lenoir City or the Heritage game?
  7. Must have been exciting. Aside from the Brentwood Academy-MBA game this past year, we just don't see games like that hardly ever.
  8. I know some of the BC fans were talking about it on their thread, so I figured we'd give this team their own thread for the anniversary. 1976 Bradley Central Bears Class AAA State Champions (13-0) Ranked #19 in the nation Head Coach: LOUIE ALFORD TSWA 1st team All-State: DENNIS CARROLL (Lineman) Later made All-State: KINNY HOOPER (RB, 1978) BOBBY McLEMORE (tackle, 1978) Making All-State back then was a lot tougher than it is now, so maybe you long-time BC fans can name more key players from the team. 11. Prayers for his family and the Bradley Central community. ðŸ™
  12. Yep, and the most beautiful pig just flew outside my window. 😂
  13. That matchup is possible since hardly anyone in Tennessee wants to play us anymore. LOL!
  14. He'll be back. He just has to prepare all of his cut-and-paste material. Remember?
  15. That Brentwood Academy score probably shocked a few people. They were really on the rise at the time.
