Why do kids leave us for Ensworth? Well the one you are making reference to is a good young man who was presented with an opportunity to better himself, His Mother is a good person, single mother, who has worked hard since we graduated high school to better her family and make sure her children would be successful and have opportunities. Trust me she has made sure both boys have worked hard and were disciplined. Not one person in the Cat Nation would not want to see a young man with talent better themselves. Thats why you have kids going to Ensworth, opportunity. The big thing in most opinions, not all, is that private schools belong in thier own division and not mixed in with public school. As said you have the deck stacked and you feel you have done somthing so great. Your a mini college for pete sake. You guys could compete against some college schools. So how is that fair to the public competition? No said to stir controversy, just sayin....

I stand corrected on the price of the game. The school was contacted and the price of the game is 7.00. Parking is Free.

There will be a group of us at the intersection leaving town. We will be collecting loose change and cash to get everyone into the game Friday night. 12.00 to enter 8.00 to park😳! No wonder no one wants to play Ensworth. No one can afford to go to the game. Also Big mama from the 22 would donate part of her dancing check to help someone get in. ðŸ‘

Well R-us it wasn't exactly our idea, but it is the plate we have been served so now we gotta eat it. It is my understanding the previous Coach lined this up in a 2 yr deal with Ensworth coming to GC next year. So hey we are gonna make the most of it with pride. As some said earlier if everything is clicking on OL/DL we can make a game of it. But we gonna have a good time while we are there!!! Go Bobcats!!

Amen, Wise One. We are about 4 weeks behind where we need to be because of having to wait on hiring a coach. Rome wasn't built in a week. Due to the way things were when Coach Walt took the job I was wasn't sure we would even be 2-1 at this point. Look at stats Savannah/Hardin County was slated to winning big team this year. Lawrenceburg went there Friday night and beat them 49-28. The same Lawrenceburg team we beat the week before. Lawrenceburg wasn't even suppose to be in that game. That's the same Savannah team that was huge and we struggled with in a scrimmage. With the short time together kids are still learning coaches and the coaches are still learning kids. This team has come a long way since July 1. I think Coach Walt and this tean has done well with what they have had to overcome. Go Bobcats!

From what I saw Friday night I'm going with CPA. A very well disiplined team. Don't need much oil on this already fine working machine. Good luck to CPA. See them rolling on past Turkey Day!
