One of the best high school games this year...........awesome game by both teams..............HATS OFF to seymour and HATS OFF to AC.......excellent game by both teams....

Well i play center for AC and trust me those players that came here are good kids and they havent caused any trouble with the team. We have bonded pretty well.....and BYRGE will not be relied on that much because we are 3 deep in the rotation.........we got the PACK-man and Chesney---not Kenny and we got some lefties but i dont know how there gunna plan in.............we are alright though....dont give us all that credit.....we'll talk with our bats not with our mouths #2

Alright............u know what, you're right, u did beat us pretty bad in the region but until you beat us during the 2006 season i wouldn't talk........We'll play ball and you can keep runnin your mouth #2

EMILY DUPREE HER OLDER SISTER WILL ALSO GET SOME BOARDS AND LOOK FOR THE EASY DEUCES....AND SHE CAN BALL ,I GUESS IT RUNS IN THE FAMILY.......SHES A GOOD PLAYER IF U GET THE BALL TO HER. THEN THERES BRITTNEY LAY..THE GIRL CAN SHOOT,PASS,AND GET BOARDS....LAY'S FIRST NAME IS HUSTLE.....I'LL LOOK FOR HER AT WING SOME WITH HER SHOT. BLAIR ELLIS WHO CAN REALLY SHOT THAT 3-BALL IS AT POINT.....HER BEST BET IS PASSIN IT DOWN LOW TO THE DUPREE'S AND GETTIN THE EASY CHANGE AND THEN CATCH THEM SLEEPIN AND DROPPIN THE 3- BOMB ON THEM. THEY'VE GOT ONE OF THE BEST POINTS IN EAST TENNESSEE ...JARED LAVERDIERE...HE'S GUNNA HAVE TO SHOOT THE ROCK MORE THIS YEAR, ALONG WITH PASSING TO HIS BIG TIME PLAYERS. THEN U GOT CORY STOOKSBURY....THE KID CAN ABSOLUTELY SHOOT THE BALL.... HE'S GUNNA DROP 15-20 PTS. EVERY GAME. SHARP AND GOLDIE MAN THE BOARDS.......YOUNG BUT, TOUGH. THEN U GOT JASON UTLEY WHO IS A SENIOR AND WHO IS LOOKING TO BREAK OUT OF HIS SHELL. MR. ROREX WHO HAS CAME TO US FROM K-VILLE WILL SEE ALOTTA PLAYING TIME WHILE SHOOTING THE J. WHITE WHO IS A LONG LIMBED KID CAN DRIVE AND GET BOARDS.....JIMMY COLSON THE QB OF THE FOOTBALL HAS A GOOD SHOT AND WILL GET SOME PT. BUT THEY SHOULD BE ALRIGHT IN THAT TOUGH REGION.....

I would like to say i disagree with your scott co. running back being the best in region 2-3A because u got justin carden from anderson co., dennis rogan from fulton, austin vann and harrison smith from catholic,the RB from AE, and then u got scott co.'s RB Wesley Smith whos team got beat by the OS bobcats so NO hes not the best ....right now its Justin Carden from AC ....400 yds in the 2 games with like a 9 yd average and over 300 yds after first contact........but my top 10 would go like this 1. Dustin Lindsey- i mean come on hes a commit to UT 2. David Gaston- Hard nosed man....quick and will run u over 3. Justin Carden- the man has 400 yds in 2 games 4. Spencer Gulmire- single handedly ran all over defenses 5. Ryan Tallent- if your the RB @ maryville u gotta be darn good 6. Wesley Smith- hard nosed runner 7. Jaques Crawford- Cordova 8. Preston Brown- Antioch 9. Graig Cooper- Melrose 10. Chris Shiverdecker- quick as heck ....good RB GO MAVS baby!

Anderson Co. has some pretty sharp uniforms........from their blue to the gray to the white ............they look pretty mean especially in the all blue ..GO MAVS! ! !

Has anyone played at Anderson Co. High School ? Theres a really good crowd at every game but when Fulton or Austin East comes rollin in theres about 8,000+ there . I wanna know what u think about MAVERICK STADIUM. Is it one of the hardest places to play ?

U gotta remember though ...........they got that tough district.......with Catholic and CAK movin up and Lenoir City and Oliver Springs droppin out ! CAK should be pretty good next year and Catholic always has a solid club. Then u got Kingston who is losin A LOT!!!! I think 7 of 9 starters.........Scott Co. theres not much to say about them and then u got Anderson County losin 3 seniors but bring back all the pitchers and have a bunch of experience from the young guys..........I say Anderson Co. has the best shot next year.

i dont know about the whole not hittin everette thing because AC scored more runs with him on the mound then when McNew was in. AC hit the ball well against Everette. All i have to say is put the ball in play and things will happen.

I would have to say the duo of Shawn McGown and Cory Stooksbury at Anderson Co. Great hands, footwork, and great arms. They can roll two with the best, and McGown makes the deep and on the run throws on the run like its nothin, and Cory Stooksbury can flat out go get the ball. He may be the best second basemen in East Tennessee.

There's no drama whatsoever with the MAVS ! There a team and there gunna stay a team. I dont know where u got ur information but u need to get your facts straight. The team is gettin along great , its just there havin tough luck. Again its all good with AC , nothin more and nothin less. There a team and there a family.

Why dont u just add those Anderson County Mavericks to your polls. There playin like a big time team down there in AC.

AC is gunna win. Mark it down. The lineup AC has is pretty dominate right now. So i see 2 victories for the Mavericks.

Not to mention the MAVS playin neck and neck with the #10 ranked baseball team (Wade Hampton) in South Carolina. MAD PROPS to the Mavericks!

Well how bout those Mavericks, baby! I guess this district that Loudon supposedly was gunna breeze through is up for grabs. AC may have been beat on tuesday night but i think it will be a different story come the district tournament.
