  1. I believe these are right: Ensworth 4 BA 3 MBA 4 Can anyone report on the others
  2. Does anyone know how many players from DII/AA are going to play DI football? I believe it's alot
  3. I don't know what your problem is. Mott made the all-state team.
  4. I don't know where you come up with these assertains. If we use your logic, then I should call you Mr. Wade. The personal attacks against me are not called for and inappropriate, especially calling me Mr. Mott, when I am not. Forrest may be listed as a TE, but everyone knows that he is essentially an extra tackle. He also lined up at tackle alot during the games. As far as comparing a center to a tackle goes, they both play OL and can be easily compared. The all-state and all-midstate teams classify and compare them as OL, not as center or tackle. Wade's not being 6'5" has little affect on the comparison. 6'2" is enough height to be recruited as a center. Also it helps his being recruited so much by playing center in high school. Most guys that are 6'2" in high school play tackle, which gives Wade a leg up in recruiting over them.
  5. You're putting words into my mouth. I was stating my belief that Mott is better than Wade, and I am in no way brewing with anger. As far as Ensworth's success goes I would congratulate anyone apart of that community reading this. If it makes you feel any better I believe that Pittman and Forrest are better than Wade.
  6. I am sorry that I have offended you. I have to say that calling me Mr. Mott is petty. Yes, Wade can play college football if he wants, but my point was that Mott has better offers. As far as "running down another team's player" goes, I have done no such thing. I merely believe that Mott is better, and I was debating it on a board designed for that. I would also agrue that Pittman and Xavier Forrest are better than Wade. Just look at their highlights.

  9. Tornados78, I have to say that I am a little bit confused how you put Wade ahead of Mott. Comparing their highlight films directly I don't think that there is a comparison. At MBA their big three, Bars, Robertson, and Mott, did not come out of the game, as opposd to Ensworth, where Wade only went in on defense when the rest of their guys were exhausted. I would also bring the competition level into question. Mott went against Barnett, Sawyers, and Forrest, all of whom have no highlights against him, while Wade went against Robertson and Pittman, who both have several highlights against him. On Mott's highlight tape he has a couple of plays against Wade, but Wade does not have the same, even though Mott played defense against Wade for a good amount of time. Mott does have a greater number and better offers than Wade. You mentioned Chandler, and I believe that Mott was a huge part of his success. I will have to admitt a certain degree of bias, since I cheer for MBA, but I still believe that the facts show the Mott is better than Wade.
  10. DJ Mott needs to be on this. He definitely should be on there over Wade and Pittman. I think that it is ridiculous considering his credentials, and how well he was a two way starter. http://sports.yahoo.com/ncaa/football/recruiting/player-D.J.-Mott-151055 http://www.hudl.com/athlete/o/1393538/highlights/107454377
