Region 4 has only 2 games this week: Father Ryan visit Spring Hill: This is a great game for Spring Hill to get better as a football team, Father Ryan will be sound in all aspects of the game making Spring Hill play a complete game in order to win. Now for the game of the week in Region 4: Tullahoma at Lawrence County The Big Tuna hates to even make a prediction for this game; but I would like to see Coach Olive and team get their 1st win for 2016. Marshall County, Giles County, and Page are resting up for the last 3 weeks of the season.

Region 4 has a lot of speed with 3 of the 4 teams. Page is bigger up front but not as fast; having said that they have scored 45 and 59 the last 2 weeks so their offense is rolling right now. Page and Giles plays next week that game will tell us who the #2 seed is in Region 4. If Spring Hill is the number 4 team they beat a pretty good wing t team in Summit earlier in the year and they will face another wing t team in Lawrence County. So I think Region 4 will go 4-0 in the 1st round.

RF3 you could be right but I think Central is getting a little better and Sequoyah seems to be going down hill.

Next week Region action returns with a major game between Spring Hill and Giles: Page at Tullahoma: Page 31-14 Page may start slow in this game after their big win over BGA the school that is the oldest private school in Williamson County. So congrats to Page for winning the recruiting battle this year and the game!!!! Marshall County at Lawrence County: Marshall County 49-7 Sorry Lawrence County but Marshall is going to be mad after the lost to Stratford!!! Giles County at Spring Hill: This game is the must see game this week, Spring Hill will have 2 weeks to prepare and heal up for Giles. Giles is getting better each week; if both teams are evenly matched then turnovers are the difference maker! So good luck to both teams and stay healthy we need you in the playoffs. Each week the Big Tuna goes fishing for the stories about what is happening around the state in high school football; this week and for weeks to come it is going to be about what the Regions will look like in Football for the next 4 years. The numbers are in and TSSAA is waiting on the Privates to declare for Division II so that the 6 classifications can be determined. After that all teams will be given 2 weeks to move up a classification then the Regions will be decided in November. Kenwood at Giles Co. 35-21 Giles Marshall Co at Straford: This has the makings of a close game; the Big Tuna doesn't feel good about this game but I'm going with Marshall Co 31-28 Tullahoma at Lincoln Co: Lincoln 24-14 Page at BGA: BGA 35-21 Lawrence Co at Loretto: Lawrence Co 35-14 Spring Hill (Bye) Looks like Page will be leaving next year for 5A football so Region 4 4A will look a little different!!!

Region 4 week 5: Giles at Marshall: This maybe closer than some people think but in the end MC 35-21 Spring Hill at Tullahoma: Spring Hill score over 50 on Dickson so: SH 56-14 Page at Lawrence: This game will be a gut check for the Patriots but with that being said: Page 17-14 So Region standings will look like this: Marshall 2-0 Page 2-0 Giles 1-1 SH 1-1 Lawrence 0-2 Tullahoma 0-2
