Where have I ever said Maryville was GREAT??.Could care less.Just stating my opinion and you can have yours. No Big Deal. And I stick to my opinion that Single A teams cant "CONSISTENTLY" COMPET WITH AAA teams. Its just numbers

I agree...You are who your schedule says you are, if you play a lot of weak teams then your Coach thinks your weak and send a BAD MESSAGE to your players. The Problem is that a Lot of people believe because they beat Single A comp and Bad 3A Teams that they are Good, its Comical, the old saying "They don't know what they don't know" rings very true. False confidence is far worse than knowing the truth and understanding your weakness. Some folks just DONT GET IT, COMPETITION AND COMPETITIVENESS ALWAYS MATTERS. If you are NOT battle tested the chance of winning against solid teams with good coaching is Slim to None

Congrats to Oak Ridge...You will NEVER get better by beating Creampuffs...Just teaches Bad Habits and kills teams toughness. High School Coaches should take a page out of Oak Ridges playbook as far as playing solid competition. Coach Green has done a GREAT JOB challenging his kids, guarantee it pays off when it really counts. To many coaches chasing the "W" instead of preparing their kids. Hats off to Coach Green and Oak Ridge Basketball

I will say this much in Regards to Oak Ridge. Their Coach has done a FANTASTIC Job with their Schedule. He has really played a competitive Schedule, you have got to respect that, they will be battled tested come tournament time and that is what really counts, Coaches that schedule creampuffs early in the season to get useless wins are NOT doing their teams any favors and it almost always will show up in close games especially against better teams. Hats off to Oak Ridge Coaching Staff. Best of Luck

Pickett County is NOT a Good Single A team...Like I said if you want to see a GOOD Single A Team then Get Out of the Woods, put the Banjo Down and Go Watch a Mitchell Game. Byrdstown is a Good Upper Cumberland Single A Team but probably will not make it out of that Region and Everyone Knows that Region is Not Very Good...What You Read is Opinion...What You See is Perception...Read more and Watch More Games out of your Hometown

The Words GOOD TEAM is Key...Crockett would Destroy little Teams like Pickett County/Byrdstown. Doing it against teams that are on your level is a completely different scenario. Come on now...There is a HUGE difference in the Level of Comp at the Arbys Classic an The Sonic Tourny...Zero chance of seeing team like Byrdstown there...Being a Fanis one thing,being unrealistic is another. Big difference n Playing teams like Oak Ride,Maryville,Fulton,Crockett and teams like Livingston & Byrdstown...Cant even compare

Do you really think that Good Teams will let you hit 16 3s...NO...Teams that Guard like Fulton..Blackmon..Oak Ridge or ANY GOOD TEAM that guards will NEVER let that happen...
