You really dont think HHS will be more of a challenge than Rossview? Come on...thats a stretch

I have a feeling both teams will show up ready to play!!

Sets up for a great atmosphere at HHS. An early Sr night for HHS. MyTV game of the week. This is still THE rivalry for many of us older folks. Its nt a region game anymore but still matters very much to the Green Wave and Commando fans. You just never know how this game will go. I do feel like HHS will be able to run the ball with success. Gallatin has athletes everywhere. Can they pull it together for this game? Looking forward to Friday night. Will be the last time one of my boys will suit up against Gallatin. Hopefully they are fired up, ready to play and can get the clean sweep of Sumner County. Go Commandos!!

They are not very good. Anemic offense. Was very surprised they beat you guys.

I think HHS could give them a good game but they will sure have to play better than they did last Friday. Odds are that game will be for the region championship. Should make for a great atmosphere!!

I def did not see that coming. Our kids just didnt show up tonight. Was one of those nights where we just couldnt get going and it snowballed. Outplayed and out coached. Hats off to Franklin they def wanted it more and seemed to be the much better prepared team. Hopefully this can be a learning lesson and we can get things back on track next week against Wilson Central

Franklin up 14-0 at half. Didn’t see this coming. Franklin has completely shut down the Commando run in the 1st half. 24 has been a beast running ball for Franklin. Can’t get him to the ground. Hats off to Franklin for a great 1st half gameplan. Franklin gets ball to start half. Commandos better find some offense or this one could be over quick.

Blackman is one of the best tackling teams I have seen in a few seasons....and everyone knows about all the offensive weapons. I think everyone is underestimating that Blackman D. Oakland will have to pass some effectively if they are going to win. I like Blackman in this one 24-21!!

Are they playing Hendersonville tonight? Surely you dont think Beech is the best team in Sumner County?

Those HHS stats are a little misleading. D only gave up 7 against SC. 1st and 2nd team D only gave up 7 against Beech. Holding Blackman to 28 actually looks to be a pretty solid Defensive outing. They did give up 26 to Centennial who’s has a pretty dang good offense. 22 against Lebanon who has struggled offensively. It def should be a very good game. I think HHS finds a way to score at least 28 . Will that be enough? Look forward to finding out Friday night.

This game makes for an interesting matchup. Franklin will be throwing all night and HHS will grind out the running game. HHS has their running game clicking on all cylinders. Pass D has in past been a weak spot for HHS.....it does seem to be much improved this year. I think this will be a very competitive game but in the end HHS wins by a couple TDS.

Will be a good game but I just don’t see Beech having enough offense to win this one. Springfield offense is prettt solid. 21-14 Springfield

Who’s better? Getting a full ride to an FBS tells me he’s def one of if not the best. I am only comparing him other Srs. I am not familiar with many underclassmen.

Im a 6A Dad so dont get on the DII board much. Surprised to not see any DA threads and see so many DCA and Goodpasture posts. DA looks to be loaded with talent!! Best QB in state, one of the best if not the best RB in state, and what seems to be a much improved Defense. I cant recall a team at this level having 3 D1 FBS recruits. Pretty dang impressive. After watching some video on their QB and the team in general, I look for this team to go 14-0 (or however many games they play). Doubt anyone will come within 14 of them. Would love to hear some other opinions from folks more familiar with this division. Gonna try to get and see them play when HHS has their bye week.
