I have a question for anybody that is debating this award... What justifies Mr. Football Nomination? Stats alone? Team record? Character? Career? Grade level? Just curious before I mention any names

Answering Sum1uno...they may be better. The game I watched they had a bad game. My Raiders were fired up and played well enough to win. As far as a three-way Varo...how are tie breakers decided. IF Fayetteville beats Cornersville and it ends up that way, what happens? It would be a tragedy to see region placement based on coin flips! I still personally believe the region will finish as follows: Just a prediction and plenty of games left to decide the outcome....been correct so far. I will stick to my guns until that changes 1 Cornersville 2 Moore Co. 3 Fayetteville 4 Mt Pleasant 5 Grace 6 Huntland 7 Richland

I have watched every game Moore County has played this year. I have seen both Cornersville and Fayetteville. From my perspective Fayetteville has some athletes, but don't play anywhere near the level Cornersville plays. The Bulldogs have a motor that won't quit. It will be a great game to watch! I'm predicting Cornersville to impose their WILL on Fayetteville. They will hit Fayetteville in the mouth until the Tigers won't want to finish the game. I would donate the money to buy a whiskey barrel to put dates and scores on if they would ever agree to that! I missed the first year because of traveling on business. I have missed very few Blue Raider games unless they should roll easy and there is a HUGE region game I can go watch that is close by. We'll see what happens Friday! I'm calling 28-7 upset by my Blue Raiders

I don't see Cornersville losing to Mt Pleasant. It may even be 35-0 if Fayetteville beat MtP up like I heard last week! Moore with upset over Fayetteville 28-7 Grace as bad as they want it to be! This should become Blue Raiders new RIVAL! Everything I have read about the Fayetteville Tigers is they are #1 in region until someone takes their place. I believe that time is now. This year we have athletes to match the Tigers speed. We should be stronger on the OL/DL. Either way I wish Friday would hurry up. I'm ready for dry weather and good football

I was at the Moore/Cornersville game Friday night and boy was I wrong! I'll be the first to admit my Blue Raiders were outmatched vs the Bulldogs. I am calling Cornersville to go undefeated in the region. There isn't a team as tough and athletic as Cornersville. The have a great combination of size, speed, experience and they are well coached. Some teams may play them close, but NONE will beat them. They are on a mission seems like Cornersville 28 - GCA 7

Moore Co by 14...wet conditions may allow Cornersville to get some extra yards Waverly by 21+ Fayetteville by 7...Huntland may sneak up on them (wet conditions will hurt Fayetteville athletes) Mt Pleasant by as many as they want

Why is there not more on this game? 2 very good teams who could possibly be playing for 1st and 2nd in the region! Rain or shine I have my seat picked out ready to watch my Blue Raiders!

What are some good places to eat before the game? Can't wait to see those golden trees

I've only lived in Lynchburg for a couple of years. Just started following them team. We are young and just got an intergetic coach who is doing a great job. He may start to gets kids from other places once we start playing better (hopefully next year). By no means am I jealous, I just hate cheating. If it's true South Pitt isn't cheating then I'm cool. But doubt channel 4 would get involved if there wasn't good cause. I also know the TSSAA doesn't investigate anything and they take your word. Can't wait to see a good game. Just thought it was interesting to see it on the news

And I'm the tooth fairy! I don't have a dog in this fight. I'm a Moore Co fan who enjoys traveling and watching region 4A teams. I traveled last year to this game and came away highly empressed! But what I hate is anyone who cheats, especially someone who gets away with it. The only thing I know about this situation is what I saw on the news. Seems like TSSAA needs to step in. Cornersville deserved to play someone who follows the rules and so does Fayetteville and anyone else who is effected by this bracket! Can't believe I'm saying this, but GO TIGERS!!!
