  1. Putting the blame no where. Stating a fact that everyone involved with 9-A thinks Moore County should be at the top, but we are young. That's not placing blame. And you are only right about 1 thing this sure as heck isn't the same Moore County that you've known whoever the heck you are.
  2. 4 interviewed yesterday. Coaches from Riverdale, Coffee Co., Shelbyville, and Missouri.
  3. I was responding to the officials not to the losses. Some,of you may not know that these girls are only sophomores. So losses are expected when you are playing experienced upper classmen. As for the officials were any of you there to see the lack of composure by the officials? Didn't think so or you would have weighed in before me. Monkey wrench you ain't been to many games then.
  4. Soft refs. No other explanation. Our point guard gets body slammed and nothing called. Coach put 1 toe out of the box and gets technical for trying to make attempt to check on her. 1 gentleman just ask for them to watch 24 with elbows and he was tossed. Randy Smith and the Holt kid are a joke. Don't know who the other jerk was. Pure payback for Coach from previous encounter at a summer camp by Randy. Had them beat and refs took over. Although had we hit our foul shots we could have won.
  5. Oh we can come on here and bash Mac but that's not out of line. And that is why I said it's hear say!! We all coming on here with some bs that's out of line.
  6. And what point was that? Thanks for the flattery, thinking we have talent like KC. I don't hardly think anyone ran him off unless it was behind the scenes. You are right on 1 thing, he is a good coach as long as there is talent there to coach. I'm sure some of them weren't happy with the fact he would rather get to the bar than coach the team. But that's hear say just like what your saying. Yall can blame the Moore County powers that be but let's face it Moore County football is a thing of the past. You know back when we were even spanking the bigger teams that came our way year in and year out.
  7. Are we really comparing the talent level at Moore County to that of Knoxville Catholic. Come on !!! I don't believe we have an athlete in the same zip code as Amari Rodgers. Forrest is a bigger school with more kids to choose from. Moore County will always be used as a stepping stone no matter what the talent level. Single A school with no money to pay anyone....
  8. I don't care what the man did while there. While he was in Lynchburg he did great things.( And that was also 20 years ago). That's what I will remember him for. Didn't you have the same talent pool the year before he got there? We were a joke too, the year before, and he made us relevant. I hope nothing but the best for him. He won't be in Lynchburg but wherever he is I hope he does great ,which I know he will.
  9. So you are saying he gets no credit? If you don't want young boys to turn into men then I respect your statement. If your kids are in public school, then I'm sure they are going to see a lot worse. This is exactly what is wrong with some of this world. Maybe we should have a band and cheerleaders with no football team.
  10. Good thing it's not yalls decision. He did bring Jasper back from the dumpster fire so just say thank you and move on.
  11. Well who would mess with ole Roy D Mercer? Lol. But we are talking about the real MC. Lmao.
  12. Ambassador I understand what your saying and you are right but would you honestly remove your Senior QB that knew the offense and move him to Rb.(FYI he didn't want to make this move). And just so all of you can know the absolute 100% truth, the mother(board member) of the the other QB was the 4th to vote out of 5. So why are we blaming her. What about the other 3 in front of her. And her son was also the little nose guard that even the best lineman in the district could not handle.(In my opinion) So I guess all of you can fall for this poor pitiful me game but you can place the blame somewhere else. I also don't think Mac will be back at MC, but I would really like to discuss any other candidates if anyone has any inside info.
  13. I agree. Not even an assistant coach or preacher (or preachers wife) told him who to play.
  14. As for you three2, she did not want her son playing QB. I can give you her number if you'd like.
  15. Let's get this straight about the whole politics thing. He was offered tenure ( as defensive coordinator) but turned it down. And their were better options at QB. Like the Reese kid. Frost is a good athlete but had too much pressure on him at a young age.
  16. Anyone know who the guy at Riverdale is that came from Trousdale County? Not sure if he was offensive coordinator or what.
  17. If I'm trying to run a program, I definitely want Mac on my side. I played for Mac and I can tell you he helped mold me and others into the men we are today. He accepts nothing but the best from each and every individual on the field. He makes you exceed your normal level of pain and stamina. Great man and even better coach. As for morals, well he is a man and they make mistakes too.
  18. I would love to see McCurry retire as a Raider. Although I don't think the higher powers will let this happpen. This man is exactly that. He is a man and all men make mistakes. Everything is to be forgiven. I believe he or Christian can get this program back on the right track. Not sure who all applied but I hope they open their eyes and choose the best.
  19. TJ Christian would be welcomed here. What happened with Coach Austin was a matter of loss of control in my opinion. But my opinion doesn't matter. As an individual he is a great guy and a great family man. I hope he does great things. I don't know about you all but there's a whole lot more to it.
