I would also like someone to offer a hypothetical answer for this post. And yes it is hard to gauge. My boys gained 25lbs from 8th to 9th. But it does stike up an intresting topic.

I have 2 HS boys wrestling. I can tell you this. They could care less what rankings mean. They both know anyone can be beaten at any given time. They've seen it and I've seen it yr after yr. At the HS level and college level. 99% of the time you will not see much difference in the #1 guy and #6 guy.

I look for Baylor to run away with it. By 25 points. Only thing is McCallie will probably wrestle Baylor harder than anyone else. So dont be surprised if its close.

Beyer pulled off two upsets in one week. Anyone have predictions for Russo, Taylor and Beyer? Is there anyoe else that can hang with these kids going into State.

Soddy Daisy has their original HWY back now and the kids have dropped. So this match up should be a little closer. Hope to see the momentum swing towards SD.

Cleveland has to get past Soddy Daisy first. They beat Soddy Daisy 39-30 in Dec. Hard to beat a team twice.
