it is sacrilegious it's worse than watching paint dry or grass grow I'd rather root for unc over duke than watch baseball its that bad -

there's one thing the glass house has that no high school gym I've ever seen has and I've been in alot and I do mean alot of gyms in my time and that would be 2 HUGE scoreboards one behind each goal and if your not used to the flashing and the lights from them they will effect your shots and the simple fact of it is there isn't anyone on unions team that has played in the glass house for a state title so my guess is they will be a little glassy eyed at the start of the game now that doesn't mean they will stay that way long but you just never know what will happen and I know from being there last year and watching our boys go through the same thing it will happen if you don't believe me just ask Mitchell it almost cost them a title -

your road isn't any different than our road we deserve to be at the Boro just as much as you do these boys all earned their way there and for anyone to try and cheapen the experience for either side is pitiful in my book -

I'm guessing the back to back state appearances are just blind luck it's amazing that these mountain boys can even find there way to Murfreesboro much less play basketball I said it once and I'll say it again at this point in the season Hampton may get beat by talent but there won't be another team down there that will play with more heart than we will and despite all the sarcasm we will be ready and we will give union our best game but I have to say I do love when a team underestimates us it makes the game just that much sweeter -

I have seen Hampton play and I will say this if you think you're going to skate by your going to be taking an early bus ride home every team better come ready to play. Hampton will be in the game till the end that's a fact they don't know the word quit you might beat them but I promise you won't out heart them -
Win or lose tonight I'm probably going to be crying when this is over because this will be the last time I get to watch my boy play in the dog house I'm choking up just thinking about it love me some bulldog basketball that's for sure LET'S GO DAWGS

We seem top have this foregone conclusion that uc is already in the state tourney the still have to win substate and anything can happen on any given night
-
Truthfully I don't think tssaa is as concerned with the boys schedule as they are the girls seeing as how the boys tourney isn't for two more weeks
-
If they refused to come up here because of weather that's not here yet does that not count as a forfit granted I don't want anyone taking chances and getting hurt this is just a game after all I'm just wondering how the tssaa will perceive this
-
Yes it is you are correct

I would have to say that Crockett is not the same team we played at the first of the season they have lost five of there last 12 games seems to me they have faded a bit that's not saying jc won't come in ready play or am I taking anything away from there win over Crockett but facts are facts Crockett is not playing as good as they were
-
nevermind I was looking at the girls score my bad sorry
-
sg beat uh 76 37 according to the coacht scoreboard
-
I would have to remove Valentine from the list simply because he one of if not the most selfish player in the area and he's jealous of his own teammates accomplishments imo that is a terrible player and if I was his coach he'd be benched till he learned what being a teammate means

The Kingsport times had Camillo at#1 for threes and Jones at# 4 they didn't even list Goode the Johnson city press had Goode listed at #1 and Camillo at #2 with 1/10 of a % separating the two

I agree that you have to get your younger players time on the floor but you don't have to do it all at once you let your studs work first get you a lead then you start bringing them in one or two at a time we seem to want to score ten points and sub the entire staying lineup out doesn't matter what the other team is doing there are never allowed to establish a rhythm we sub in at the weirdest times and get ourselves in a hole and then expect the starters to get us back out of said hole how bout we just don't get ourselves in that hole in the first place then everyone stays happier
