I'm honestly hoping they play Waverly for a 4th time in the Region finals. Hard to beat a team 4 times, especially a team like Waverly.

This has become especially frustrating in district 11AA. We have a post player that gets a charge called on him posting up just about every game. And it is normally just a simple spin move to the basket. I agree some are charges when the shoulder is dipped, but I see a lot of flops in todays game. I remember years ago when players who flopped, they would receive a technical...you never see that happen anymore. SCRebelNation

Great to see a district opponent receiving much needed recognition and congrats to the players who topped the 1000 point mark. Creekwood is very fast and has shooters everywhere and will press you all game long. Gotta have a lot of good depth to hang with this team!

Creekwood easily a top choice for Middle TN AA. Put up a lot of points with shooters everywhere and will run you all game long! Very fun team to watch!

Stewart County won the coin toss and will host Montgomery Central in a rematch of last night's game. Tip is Wednesday @ 6pm. Free throws & turnovers down the stretch hurt the Rebels in the first matchup at home. And in all honesty, we were just a few free throws away from being the #3 team, as it knocked us out of a few games late. Looking at the other matchups, Creekwood & Waverly should get easy 1st round wins and be able to rest some players late. Camden/Hickman is an intriguing game in which I expect an upset. Camden barely got by a very weak Fairview team last night. From what I hear, Camden has had one of their top players go down with an injury. That could lead to an unfortunate outcome. As for the Stewart County/Montgomery Central matchup, I'm a little biased but definitely believe our Rebels can pull out the win. Its always tough playing a team back to back, but if we play smart turnover free basketball and hit from the charity stripe down the stretch, we can take home a victory. After the 1st round is complete, I'm not seeing any major upsets. Creekwood should walk into the championship game and Waverly shouldnt have too much trouble either. Definitely looking forward to how things shake up next week and hope to see yall at Creekwood! SCRebelNation
