I don't remember a time either Swanson. Its been an exciting season and tourn no matter who wins. Like has been said several times on here the top three teams are Clay Clarkrange and JC. Games could go either way all season. Good job to all and good luck. JC wanted it more tonight and I think Clarkrange's pitching cost them a lot. I'm surprised as good of a coach as Webb is he didn't make the change sooner. Congrats to JC. Well deserved win

Was afraid that would happen after Clarkrange had a tough game last night against 7A powerhouse Clay and JC had a night of rest with Monterey

The double header was played at JC which I earlier posted would not be good for the buffaloes but I want to say I stand corrected. Fine group of young men who didn't get down when the second game started out in JC's favor. Senior leadership, good coaching, and that we aren't giving up attitude may get the buffs a long way. Hats off to JC as well. Those guys hung in there and kept coming back. Should be exciting district tourn. Still anybody's to win

Scoreboard is correct. Clarkrange won both. Two good games. Great athletes on both teams. Both teams played their hearts out. Congrats to Coach Webb and the Buffaloes. Second game JC came out hitting and got up by 5. The buffs came back up by two then JC tied it up. JC failed to score during their last at bat. The buffaloes scored--game over

I'm giving a slight edge to Clay as well Swanson but unlike JCalumni im not going to say nobody else has a chance. I think it will be between Clay and Clarkrange and i think the regular season games will be split between the top three teams. Clay and Clarkrange already split. I may be wrong though cause Clarkrange I hear is playing both games at JC so those may both go in JC's favor. HaHa

Or was it the umps fault again? Or the wind blowing in the wrong direction or global warming that caused this one and only loss they will have in the district this year?? JC is a good solid team with some very good players but as with Clay and Clarkrange they are all three capable of losing. This district is tight and can go to anyone

Hmmm....so Clay beat JC?? I guess that can only happen in regular season not in district tourn right alumni? Cause there is no chance Clay or Clarkrange will beat JC right? Looks like there is a chance cause it happened. And may happen again with Clarkrange. JC is ONE of the solid teams in the district and ONE of the teams that got better and are capable of losing a district tourn game. Case Closed.

Not sure hitme. Don't know one pitcher from the next. I do know it was Uppermans second game of the day and Clarkrange third with the buffaloes playing a tough Oneida team and Upperman back to back so players on both teams were tired I'm sure but showed good sportsmanship and both had some great athletes. Not taking anything from Upperman. They are a great team and play very well together but tonight Single A Clarkrange hung with em. Great job both teams

Clarkrange has played with Upperman all night. Score has been tied 1-1 for several innings with Upperman scoring a run top of seventh to make it 2-1 so at least for tonight an A team can play with em. Upperman wins 2-1

I think Clay Clarkrange and JC are all capable of taking this district. Pitching will be a big part of who gets it. Can't wait to see how the JC/Clay and JC/Clarkrange games turn out. First JC/Clarkrange game will be a wash since the Range will have 4 starters gone on senior trip but second meeting should be a good game

So York is going back to a coach they've already had? What happened with this coach previously? Quit? Replaced? How was their record with this coach? Just can't see why a school would go backwards but maybe there is good reason this coach had to stop coaching in the past

I noticed on the Scoreboard this game has wrong score. It says Monterey 2 Clarkrange 0. Don't know who turned that score in but its way off base haha surprised some of the buffalo faithful haven't pointed this out yet

Heard Clarkrange won first match up with Monterey 13-2. Looks like Clarkrange, Clay, and Jackson County will be front runners in this district.
