  1. DB band section is behind scoreboard end zone - section closest to home side We got good speakers on the 40 FT HD screen
  2. It's a close game - good teams and young teams on the lines for both sides. Let's pack J Fred Johnson for another instant classic between 2 great rivals OR fans you will love the stadium additions since your last trip to J Fred
  3. THE BEST FOOTBALL RIVALRY FOR DB IS OAK RIDGE - A CLASSIC EVERY TIME Both Schools/fan bases/coaches all respect each other and get after it like never before
  4. HE WONT MAKE IT TILL THE END OF THE SEASON FOR GAME 10 But, i bet there are about 60 DB Players that hopes he does
  5. i know the QUITTER is a jr. and good riddance the Player wearing #4 now is a tough and im glad we have him... rekon the QUITTER QUIT because of the crowded back field and of course the fact that he doesnt expect or want anyone to discipline him or get in his grill after 2 straight fumbles in a scrimmage
  6. the DB secondary is solid - #7 BB & #15 QP started every game as Soph last year. I feel good about those players back for punt returns D-Line got pushed around by the right side of the vikings line thats where the wholes were made. will get better most improvement from game 1 to game 2 - db has a real shot at beating OR if continue to take care of the ball and keep penalties to a minimum
  7. BM - i think the way you do on most things but the 1 thing i disagree with is loosing the QUITTER best thing that could have happened to the DB team. I saw the QUITTER along with his thugger figure at the game hanging with that topper crap on... what a waste db will go on and never look back coach clark has to be glad to get rid of the 1 issue player he started the summer with...and it will be nothing in the end but a big prob for SC
  8. Good start for DB. Soph's really stepped up. What a talented bunch of players
  9. Landon Redwine. - good skill set. Good size. No playing time unless injuries or rout
  10. It's Tommy (aka) - a member of the best coaching staff east of Knox/Blount Co. we are proud to have him coaching and the DB running backs are better of not having the QUITER in the huddle
  11. It's Tommy (aka) - a member of the best coaching staff east of Knox/Blount Co. we are proud to have him coaching and the DB running backs are better of not having the QUITER in the huddle
  12. DB looks about like a football team today. Expect Soph's and juniors all over the line up for Vikings and they will improve greatly for game 2. Indians win
  13. rumors from idiots prob.... DB is fine with a lot of very young and talented student athletes. It will take time for the line to figure it out but they will. #86 will be a real weapon at TE
  14. patience. its a lot of youth and inexperienced line payers. plus DB has had numerous players out for the pre-season. Should look more like a team come thursday night with Dunn getting back into the pads finally. DB prob will be a passing team first until the line players figure out how to hold a block, not very good running the ball right now. QB made advances last scrimmage even though bad numbers, 7 straight dropped passes hurt numbers. best players in scrimmages imo: ivan phillips LB blake rodgers RB
  15. Coach SC doing John boy and billy - come over here and give me a thug
  16. i'd guess a couple of players are not happy about it... the running backs that have been puttin in the time and sweat and effort in the off season. prob fit right in
  17. like sands thru the hour glass so are the days of our lives. this will be a soap opera for the toppers with a lot of drama
  18. thats right!! any player not still on this DB team is their loss, not the teams
  19. WR should be a strong position #3 Dunn will be real good. he is a great athlete 5'11 175 #16 Rodgers could be very tough to match up against with his size 6-2 185 several players could see some action at WR
  20. boys dont worry about the So. class. look at the roster, its loaded up and down with them. the 1 freshman that was listed on the varisty roster last year moved to nashville. he wasnt going to play qb so they moved him. its not an issue at all
  21. Last season I watched all the DB Freshman and JV home games. The frosh team had a lot of talent...the line was huge and dominant. And that good because the entire line will be lost to graduation. My bet is a lot of So. and Jr's start. its going to be a fun team to watch this season with speed all over the field. And a deep team. very few players will be going both ways
