That word around town comment is 100% incorrect...Summit has much respect for CR and the QB who actually played peewee ball with a few of the Summit players..... So unless you have a player on the Summit team and get first hand knowledge from them which I do who also is a captain then your sources are full of misinformation.....Summit will no doubt have to play the best game they ever have to keep it close.... I for one am looking forward to a hard fought gritty game .... Hope everyone enjoys the playoffs and players stay safe... Peace.... TGUN...

U forgot one of the most important requirements..... Players who are internally driven to do what coaches tell them and do MORE when no one else is looking... AKA .... Practice and preparation never stop

Ummmmmmm yeah about that hot wheel he just happens to be one of the best backs in the area and has a compliment of two others who simply wore FC def out and Summits D did what they needed to do for a shutout.... Can't forget Summits o-line who was undersized but executed well...

For extreme clarity.... My post is about our own band cranking it up while we are on offense .....The opposing teams visitors bleachers are pretty high, steep and not that far off the field so sound does carry when the band is sitting on the 30yd line and our team is headed in from the 20..... Bottom line when your school's FB team has the ball U DO NOT PLAY unless your team scores a TD or FG ..... Trust me I love the fact that students in the band play and compete,,, heck I even support one of their fundraisers,,, but when the band director acts like it's a joke while playing when our team is on O I have a serious problem with that...

Don't know what your talking about..... But if true acceptance of that mentality is pretty much dead....

Last time I checked the band reportedly was to play while the.opposing team was on offense.... However it seems that there is a change in football protocol that I am not aware of..... Your own band blows their lungs out thanks to the directive of the band director while your team is on offense....and then the team has to call a time out... Anyone else have or seen this new brilliant style of band leadership?

LV deal is sad,,, talented kids,,, minimal fans in the stands ,,,, quite a few penalties.... Liked the way #2 played and carried himself.....

NDA ....Indy's a very good well coached team we all knew that going into the game...Definitely a step a head of Summit on Friday ... Guidry played a heck of a game... And no I don't drink the kool aide just believe in the team.... Goal of the season was to make the playoffs and that will happen.....

They may have invented it but Summit perfected it.... JK man my perspective was from more of a Wilco stand point... And the teams we play within 5-5A..... Love the HS tailgating and spirit....

The game will be good.....and I don't believe anyone will runaway with the W.... Last year Summit was down by a point half way through the 3rd qtr... And then Indy did what Indy did to everyone .... Summit returns all the starters from that game who are now Jr's and Sr's ,,, Indy is very good no question... I know a bunch of their players personally...Indy has a College commits etc....I have a 6-1 200lb Summit player under my roof who is pretty focused on this one..... It'll be interesting to see what his grades look like this week:) .... Also the coaching chess game will be fun to watch as well.... Gonna be a good game and one heck of a atmosphere....
