Fact is that no private school schould ever win another public school trophy! Play them in the regular season and in tournaments throughout the year. If the public school is good enough, it would be good for both. Otherwise, no one wins.

They do that in areas where that is possible. Like I have said, I don't have a dog in this fight. My daughter plays on a AAA team. Our small town has done that and competes with the big cities and private schools. You cannot build that in these small towns. Maybe some but not very many. Go play in AAA or in the private school division, not to help the public schools but to help your own teams. When you play these teams year after year, does it help your team....NO! The only thing that can happen is to keep these teams from playing all. Oh, well. You can keep living in the castle, but I will continue to throw rocks at it.

I am not upset at the players. The adults-coaches, parents, and administrators should step up. They could make it happen. They just want a chance at the trophy. I get it, but I would not want to be a part of it.

I know. Your team better get to recruiting and get some better coaches because the playing field will be level. I just feel bad for all of these current public A-AA teams. They work their butts off to play in a tournament that has them at a huge disadvantage. Boog talks about the differences between the Private schools and the Divisions for the private schools. What about the obvious differences between the public and the private? It is idiotic for TSSAA to addresses this but wait till 2017! Why? Let's give these poor private schools a chance to get ready. Across the board all private in their own group or groups, right now. If public and private want to play, then do it in the regular season. Step up private schools and do it!

Fine just keep beatin up on the small public schools in the state tournament. I hope that makes you feel good. I just looked back as far as Coach T goes and not one public school has won A-AA since Coach T started keeping up with their scores. Guess how many private school have won AAA in that span........ well 0! I would almost be willing to bet that if one public school won the state title in A-AA, all of you would be wanting out. I hope that if happens but it probably won't because it would be like UT, Alabama, and Georiga playing in the OVC. No way that on OVC team can beat all three. Good luck to your girls. I do not blame them. They are just playing the game. I will be cheering for every public school to beat the privates.

Our team competes in the senior division. We are still alive there. You stay down there and gaurantee your team a spot in the final 8. Keep getting fat eating your grapes.

Lots of pride here Boog! My daughter plays in AAA and would be more than happy playing anyone. They have. If anyone gave our team that oportunity to play in A-AA, they would decline. It is not about hate. It is injustice. Why has this happenned for so long? I coach a middle school team. We go out my way to play the best. That is what makes you better. I have Notre Dame's schedule and you do play good teams outside of your conference. However, it is a joke for you, KC, and CAK to play in this division in the end. I do not blame the players. They are just playing and I am sure doing their best. The TSSAA, coaches, parents should not stand for this. It is ridiculous! Why did KC move back to A-AA? Just because they could not win it all. How pathetic is that? My kid does not go to a private school but if she did, I would not let her play on a team that played in the A-AA. I would her to have true pride when she realizes how or if they won. I would find another good school that competes at a competitive level. Hopefully, the new rules coming into effect in 2017 will fix this. I just wish that it would have happened ten years ago.

Yes, great time of the year. Won't it be nice here in a couple of weeks when all of those pesky public schools will be out of the way so the privates can once again dominate the A/AA public school division. Why don't those puclic schools go start their own division? They should get out of the way. Wait, I just saw where there are already two private school divisions where all of the teams are private. So, these private schools have somehow found a way to stay in the public school division and win year after year after year. That must make their fans and coaches proud. No, if they had any pride they would move to the private divisons or better yet move up to the AAA public school division. No, wait. They might not win. They may have to earn the trophies. It is disgusting that anyone involved has let this happen. It is almost as disgusting to be proud of it!

The fullback for Midway does the same thing. He is a beast. I am impressed the Oneida contained him. i did not see that game.

Harriman's running back, Green, #30 is a really good back. The quarterback is a really good athelete. Ewing #32 is a really good quick back as well. They have a monster right tackle #66. Lambert's defense should be able to contain them. When they throw, they throw deep. If the offense can hold on to the ball and keep the ball away from those atheletes, OHS has a great chance to get back in the hunt.
