  1. That's the point. Most in this area don't have a ton of talent but can get the most out of what they got. Is CC doing that? I don't think so from what I've seen and heard. You can't tell me a school the size of CC can't compete with RBS and the likes.
  2. The key is a good pass rush on Jennings.
  3. I know your smitten with Trapp, which one is he? Is he an average coach that has 2-3 great players make him look good....as in .Poteete and Co. and Jennings and Co...
  4. LOL Might ought to consider a name change after that statement,,,,,,,the WiseMan part really don't fit. Yelp, coaches can only coach what they have. Good coaches get the MOST of what they do have and put them in a position to get them most out of their ability.
  5. I got a question. Who's drone is over the field during the games. Is it someone not associated with the school or the athletic department. If they feel it helps them, more power to them. But if that thing malfunctions and hits someone.........well.........somebody better have deep pockets. Even if it belongs to someone not associated with the school, it's on county property. The risk is very low, but could be costly.
  6. To me that's the issue. Goolsby 17 for 62. King and B.Kemp should have that many touches. Get the ball in your playmakers hands. Goolsby's 2 yards and a cloud of dust has it's spots, but not your leading rusher.
  7. Depending what they are doing at the time. Normally 4-5 I think.
  8. I'm hearing Holder is out. Move Kemp to the backfield. Run Kemp, Goolsby and Ruther ford. Get the ball in Kings hand 10 times. I think SC's defense id good enough IF the O can score a little.
  9. Heritage??? Is that the new measuring stick for ya'll.? Can't beat TC, Can't beat MC. Good thing ya'll in that region with Community, Eagleville, Jackson Co., E. Robertson and Cascade. Forrest got ya already. I'm thinking them H2O boys will be waiting on Whinytown too. Looks like moving to that Peewee league (as you call it) and finishing 3rd was a good move.
  10. Start early. By the time a kid is a freshman he has already played the sports he can, basketball and baseball and feel comfortable playing those sports. They develop a love fro them. Then goes out for football as a freshman, it isn't what he thinks it is, or sees no reason to be a part of what's going on. Kids aren't stupid. They see what's going on and has been going on.
  11. Registered under an email account that no longer exist. Tried to move the name to another email address. No luck. Just started a new one. I think I'm gonna like it......everybody thinks I'm new at this. I've been watching a little. Thought I might have a chance to spice it up a little. Looks like Peewee ball suits Whineytown OK. They couldn't hang with the Big Boys this year especially after MC roughed ya'll up like they did. .
  12. You probably miss me more. Had to get a new email address. Couldn't get my old one back. So, looks like peewee ball suits whinemoreland just fine, don't it Stampus Lickus.
  13. I saw the game last night. CC had about 25 dressed out. There is/was some passion for football there, I saw it in 2009 but not now. The worst coached team?? I'll let you decide......last night (not once but twice) a time out was called because the PUNT team didn't have enough on the field. 9 kids the 1st time 8 kids the second. As much as CC has had to punt this year, and last year you would think that is 1 formation they would have down pat. That my friend is because of,or rather lack of, coaching. The few that are playing are playing hard, without direction, and there are some good looking athletes out there
