Marshall playing pretty loose hosting a Greenbrier team that seems to have put some things together toward the end of the season. Who ya got and why?

Been busy since the game and haven’t had time to get on here. What a game!!! This is one of those games that you hate for either team to lose!!! What “I” saw (everyone has a different opinion I know), was MC won 43 minutes of the game and PC won 5 minutes!!! Those 5 minutes WON them the game. PC showed what ELITE speed will and can do for a team. Yes, it is very possible for these two teams to meet again (3rd round of so). Good luck to PC the rest of the way out and maybe we’ll meet again… to be continued???

…and that HOMEFIELD advantage is BIG up there!!! Their crowd is loud, their band and dance squad KEEP the crowd in the game!!!

Does PC have all of their pieces back? I know they have had a few out the first half of the season or so.

We are not a GREAT team. We have good and very good players all over the field. Enough speed where we need it to keep a team honest. Not a monster line, but big enough and strong enough to cause some trouble. Bruiser tailback! And yes, I think our QB is the best we have had since 2015 (Ashton Posey’s Senior year). He may be a little better mechanically, but a little short on knowledge due to only being here one year.

I have done a little research, and unless I missed something somewhere, Marshall has never beat PC.

This is definitely the game of the year for Marshall!

THURSDAY NIGHT GAME… Marshall Co. sitting at 5-0 and coming off of a bye week travels to Lawrence Co. (4-2) who is coming off of a big region win. What are y’all’s thoughts on this matchup???

Oh no sir! I think you may have misunderstood me. I’m a Marshall Alum and believe me I bleed blue and white. I could care less how many counties Tullahoma is recruiting kids from (LMAO), I just said “WOW” in my post that someone actually came out and said it. So, in short, I commend YOU for actually having the balls to say what REALLY is going on over there!!! I’m not on here to make enemies or really even piss anyone off!!! I just love high school football and enjoy talking shop like we do on here!!!

Will Tullahoma have an edge coming off of a much needed bye or will Marshall have an edge after a tough win at a feisty Creek Wood team? We’re they looking ahead to Tullahoma? Who do you have and why?

I don’t know much about Creekwood except they are 1-1 on the season. Who do you have and why???

The more “powerful “ teams seem to be in the East and West this year. I wouldn’t count out Pearl Cohn and Marshal County in the middle though. Pearl has two tough losses to two GREAT teams in Cane Ridge and MBA, and Marshall is playing lights out so far by beating two 5A schools in Columbia and Shelbyville. Marshall is looking as good and seem to be loaded like they were in 2015/16 when they went to back to back semi-finals.

Last year everything went east, this year it should go west. I could be wrong???
