What is the solution then? Have you talked to the coach about your concerns? You seem to be in the parent support football club or whatever you call it for the school. A coach might listen if you brought some of this to their attention. Bashing him on here may not be the best route.

Skip and Tuff, put yourself in the AD spot and tell us what you would do? Would you retain anyone on current staff? What changes would you make to ensure program was "better"?

Weren't you one of the ones saying you wanted the season to be over? You have always been one of the positive one's on here for MJ, but that kind of surprised me.

Mj is a growing area with much more development on the way. I think it would be a hot job for sure, but TP won't get fired this year. I think the accusations are a little far fetched and ridiculous. He has a good young staff that is still learning, good group of talent coming up and some great facilities. I would love to hear people's opinions that are in the loop. Not parents because they will always side with Johnny because everyone's kid is an all American.

Don't think players did not want to play hard, but I will say there were not many Jimmy and Joe's. Everyone around the program knew it was going to be a drop off from previous years because of talent level. Parents do not want to hear that but it was true. By the way Coach Turchetta took on a head coaching job in which he wanted to get back into. Who would blame him? Coach Hicks decided to coach at a school that is like 2 miles from his house. Last thing, over the past couple of post you had stated about certain players not being put into a magazine. Is that your issue with MJ? Your son was obviously not "playing the right spot" according to you and a running back was not put in a magazine?
