  1. he is without a doubt Mount Juliet's number 1 fan.
  2. Not to mention Austin Brown who due to injury wasn't 100%. Mount Juliet will have 3 returning starters and as far as experience that will be it really. I know Allen plays a ton of guys due to his style but no one on the team will have played as much as those 3.
  3. I'm in Mid TN the most and know a lot of these kids through tryouts, camps and workouts. I've seen them year after year doing the same thing. If you ask most kids what they have done to get better they tell you "play." Never anything specific that will stand out. Most of the time it's the athleticism that separates those kids,
  4. ok. I thought you may have fond some season averages or something of that nature
  5. How did the game go at state? Sorry I was headed to a meeting
  6. Yeah they would easily be there. The 1-2 punch didn't play. The PG sat out the 1st half because of something and the kid DeMarco Jackson chipped a bone in his ankle. Dr. said Jackson could play but his coaches told him to focus on his future. That's 25 points and 11 rebounds missing.
  7. I agree. The pieces to the puzzle aren't all there at Mount Juliet. Gallatin is young but if you don't work on your game then you don't get better. They will remain stagnant. SC will likely be the favorite. Wilson Central has size but the talent is ???
  8. I've seen MTCS play. Lead Academy beat every team by 30 in that region. Their best player gets hurt and MTCS made it to state.
  9. I think there could be bad teams at state. Teams have to come from each region and there could be times were a region is down and the team that makes it isn't on the state tournament level. Then they get destroyed.
  10. They will next year. This year any of those 5 starters could be the leading scorer, heck maybe even the backup PG
  11. My thing is guys thrived due to teams focusing their attention on other guys. How will guys perform once they are the focal point of the opposing teams defense
  12. I stand corrected. I meant Lebanon and typed Gallatin. He's been that size since then. On another note he's never lived in Gallatin but plays at SC......
  13. You apparently haven't seen him in a setting where he just shoots. Willing to bet he does that as good as anyone. Kid shoots well but tries to do everything else instead at Hendersonville.
  14. I like that answer. There are a lot of players that could be on this list. At least 10-12 that could all fight for consideration.
  15. Both guards are sophomores. As long as Pruitt doesn't stand on the perimeter. he does that sometimes. I think 20 is a Junior not completely sure
  16. That is true. They do that to preserve fouls on those guys I assume. Can't go to deep in to the bench
  17. Station Camp will get the looks to shoot 50% easily. The y move the ball and are patient and have some of the best shooters around. As far as the best shooters in the state Evan Ragsdale-CPA, Christian Bell-Mount Juliet, Austin Kirby-Hendersonville, Ross"Chico" Plunkett-Creekwood, Cedriontis Wilson-Blackman. I'd have to see a 3-point shootout to believe he's a better shooter than any of those guys..
  18. GCA has A LOT of LENGTH!!! They disrupt a lot of shots. It will be a shooter's game I believe.
