In 2015 that same thing happened to CA when we beat SP and made it to our first semi final. The boys forgot to show up the next week

Nothing pleased me more than seeing y’all beat them two years in a row, especially after them saying y’all got lucky last year

I agree that TC will win 2A. Very good ball team. Both 1A teams are Great, better than the championship teams from last year, but I think Cornersville is so well rounded and they’ll have the edge.

Based off of what I’ve seen from both teams, I think Cornersville has the edge. They are both very talented, but when I watch both of these teams I can’t help but notice just how physical Cornersville is. They hit hard, and they don’t quit. Whitaker runs downhill but is shifty and he’ll be hard to stop. And he isn’t the only threat Cornersville has which makes it even scarier. Whitwell has their own great talent as well, but I think all around Cornersville is better. In fact based off of what I’ve seen recently I think Cornersville could be the best team in 1A/2A combined. Their defense is second to none and they are extremely well conditioned. They now have the experience of playing in cookeville last year and by all means look a lot better this year than they did then. It’s been really interesting seeing both these teams improve so much over the past few years, but I’m gonna give the edge to Cornersville. Im predicting: Cornersvile 28 Whitwell 17

You’re good dude. I still think even though Cornersville didn’t have a killer regular season schedule that they are the better team. A very incredible defense and some absolute horses on the offensive side.

Trousdale. A very very good trousdale team

Cornersville definitely did not play as strong of a regular season as Whitwell but to be fair their starters didn’t allow a single point the entire season until the Wayne County game.

Incredible how far these two teams have come in such short time. CA played both of these teams in 2015 and 2016, and you could see even then that the youn freshmen and sophomores were gonna be special. Now they’ve both made it and will play for something not many people get to say they experienced. Mom rolling with our neighbors Cornersville to win this by a score.

TC is the most battle tested team in 2A. This game could go either way. I think TC pulls it out tho
