We need a good showing in this game to get our confidence back.

last time we lost the season opener we went on about a 35 game winning streak that included 2 gold balls. Now that's not going to happen again because we got to play Mayfield again next year. lol...gold balls are still a possibility tho . Maybe bye next year we will make a stinking defense adjustment and not let 3 yard screen plays turn into 80 yard tds 4 stinking times. Mayfield is the real deal. Will be rooting for yall. Also like to comment on how class act your kids was after the game. You can tell they have been there before and are well mannered kids. Good luck to the Cardinals the rest of the year.

I got a question. Not trying to ruffle any feathers or anything, but what in the world has happen to all the talent at West View ? I mean they use to be a perianal 8 wins or better team every year. Always was big and fielded great athletes. What has happened ? Its mind boggling to me how much of drop off its been in the last handful of years

I am having a hard time keeping my mouth shut. My wife already thinks we are a bunch of creeps because we get on here and argue and fight over a bunch of 15-17 year old boys. lol. 55 really testing my patients tho. lol

yes, Jamborees always scare me, they mean nothing. I personally wish they would do away with them and just have another week of scrimmages. Its basically just one big dress rehearsal that pulls in a lot of money to the host school. I bet most coaches will argue that they would get better work out of extra 3 way scrimmage than playing in a Jamboree

Im not to worried about Mayfield this week, Im more worried about surviving them big monsters from Heywood Co Friday night in the Jamboree. Last year they put it on us really good. Big, Strong, Fast, and Physical. Going to be a great challenge to help us get ready for the Cardinals next week. There has been a term going around for years saying there is big and then there is Heywood Big ...lol ... Im just hoping we are competitive and escape injury free.

I was already sacked out when B got home last night. So i did not get report on scrimmage, it would not of matter anyway. He would just been like we did ok or whatever...lol anyway thanks for the report SWO

that group of seniors in 2014 was probably the most special group of kids to ever step on the field at Uc. They refused to loose and I think they had a running clock in every game they played that year. I still would not even bother looking at one of those websites. They have very little credibility.

We had a couple nagging injuries over the summer.. just played 7on7 ball short handed.. As far as I know we will be fully healthy week 1. No serious issues to my knowledge. unless something has happen at camp in last day or 2. We did loose a great player who has moved away. That really hurt us. kid was a beast... but we got other young guys stepping up
