I heard through the grapevine as well that harriman requested to go to region 1 as well...sportswriter should have all the info on that....but I bet he want admit it lol

Sounds great in a perfect world but we are talking about the TSSAA here

I hate to say it but I'll have to agree with sports writer....no way in heck would I would want to play in that region...theres nothing to prove in it...now if cloudland could get back to there early 2000s status then it would be them and gba k every year for the region championship

i hope we go 2a instead of playing those teams....cloudland would be about the only challenge we might have on a yearly basis

is there any chance they could stick us in with cloudland and those teams

same schedule we played last year and that one worked out in our favor lol 3a loudon and Kingston 2a gat pittman pretty good non region games in my opinion I know those teams are down a bit this year,but nobody knew that 2 years ago when everyone set up their schedules I guess we will have to schedule Maryville,alcoa and catholic next year to please east tn expert

Why is harriman trying to go to 2a...I guess they thought they would come in and dominate in 1a...but now I guess they are tired of being the red headed step child to gback,coalfield and oneida..maybe sports writer can give us his ANGLE on that subject

The calls at midway last night was beyond out of control...I would venture to say we had more yards in penalties than midway had all together last night...#6 is flat out punishing people..I noticed he got benched the first half for a few penalties that he may or may not have been guilty of...I'd say roberts is tickled his cleaning the holes out for him..gback beats harriman by as much as they want this friday....midway was a very bad team and only lost to harriman by 3

he could have 250 in the first half of this one...gonna get ugly quick

freshman and sophomore all state at catholic junior all state at greenback and im sure he will be all state as a senior your right the kid is terrible and just takes up space you have go to be the dumbest guy on coach t...we all know the west is loaded and they are the heavy favorites to win again...what else is new because that's been the theme for the past several years...but greenback to make it to back to back title games would be huge...I rather stare at a silver ball than nothing at all

i have never heard a fanbase cry and squall like a mashed cat more than I did last night and now on here..i will agree there was a few plays that was pretty dumb on greenbacks part..but as far as #1 jawing around and talking trash..come on that's part of it...do u think he was talking to his self...im sure it was just some trash talking between both teams that goes on in every high school game...I mean we got penalized for 500 yards and im sure they was very frustrated out there and then having to listen to the coalfield fans yell at them on the fence...I saw several plays where a coalfield player got put flat on his back and was laying on the ground throwing his arm up wanting a flag...come on...get u[p and play the dang game and make a better play on the next one

I have never seen a fan base and coaches from coalfield scream and cry for a penalty every single playthan I did tonight..I sit right behind them all night in my truck...I mean it really was pitifull...I heard one coach say come on ref he hit him to hard and I'm not joking
