why would you want to schedule Dekalb or anyone else if over the last five years they had beaten you by a total score of 239-3? It is just a tough place for anyone to be coach, player or fan you got to feel for them because nothing seems to change for the better. cannon would have a hard enough time playing Single A much less AA don't you think.

That is not going to happen. If it did happen Cannon would need to schedule 10 Single A teams without a Real Middle School in the feeder system good luck on finding 10. For example this year they lose to RBS and even though they have a small student population the middle school football program is located in one central area not scattered over six K-8 schools. Name 10 Single A schools that they could stay on the field with. This want solve the problems they deal with but again TSSAA want let this happen. If you pull out for any sport do all sports at that school have to pull out for the same time period.

Someone needs to step up and do the right thing when the season is over. After 5 seasons that is plenty of time to change things. And looking at the last three games on the schedule it is about to get real ugly real fast maybe they should forfeit the last three.

Just going by Coach T comments it appears to me that more folks still care in Grundy than Cannon about w hat happens on and off the field that will be the difference. Cannon has the Love kid at end that can be a threat and that appears to be all it may just come down to who scores first and can get the other bunch down. I think it will be Grundy by 14. Nice weather for a Homecoming.

Was told by a parent that this years team would not be close to the last years bunch. Did not believe it at first do now. This is the head coach5th year and what does that record look like 4-41 or something like that. In five years against Dekalb Cannon has been outscored 239-3.It aint working somebody needs to do the right thing. Both programs appear to be in very bad shape and the kids are the ones who get hurt.

Staff changes are not going to happen HC in 5th year is 4-38 and even if they go 0-10 he'll be back next year if he wants too. Copper Basin over the same time has been 16-31. Cannon has many problems.

Current Head coach in his 5th year overall 4-38 District overall 1-23 smith county will never forget that one. No other school would keep him, any one else would see this thing is not working. What a joke.

I would have no idea how they looked and to answer question number two I am sure they did. Was told by a parent that they only had one player that was a senior last year that was a four year player That is unbelievable for any program much less a AAA team and no Middle School in the county. Wow. Sale Creek is class A correct.
