Actually, I do not care at all about high school basketball. I am just a bored college student that loves basketball, so, I read blogs about basketball. The only thing that matters in high school basketball is not the AP polls. The only thing that matters is in February and maybe early March.

AP polls do not mean anything. Why does everyone get so mad about them. They mean absolutely nothing. Just look at them, and think how you just wasted ten minutes of your time on something irrelevant.

I completely agree with you. I have seen Jurick play on many occasions because I love to watch local high school basketball. Jurick does not be play anywhere close to a major division I athlete. I do not even think that Jurick would be good enough to play for a mid-major division I basketball team in college. The reason why East Ridge is losing is because they do not have good basketball players, which they usually do not. Everyone talks about how good Jurick is, and I wish that he was the same age as Charles Little, graduated from Cleveland '05, to see how bad Jurick really is. Jurick would look like a complete fool against an average mid-major, undersized post.

Cleveland has an unbelievable sophmore class that will probably make a run in the tournament. They are a very athletic group with a lot of depth. Cleveland also has three solid junior guards and a very strong post in Cagle if he plays. It seems to me that Cleveland will probably be the team to beat eventhough, Walker Valley is no slouch.

i played against coach crowder when he was at rhea co. and the year he went to state, the point guard and the assistant coach held the team together, not crowder...he does not treat his players with respect but as if they were inferior beings

Are you kidding me? He had one good year at Rhea Co. and with the athletes he had, he did not even have to go to the games or practices and they would still make it to state.

are you sure about this...i know that coach buck is an excellent coach but from high school to the NBA is a quantam leap

i would not count cleveland out right now because district 5AAA is 3 deep where district 6AAA is 2 deep

he is 6' 4" and plays kids that are 5' 10". i played with him on an aau team and he was not that good. he is just lucky he plays A because he would be garbage in AAA.

dont talk about what you dont know about...at the beginning the year everyone was sayin cleveland would be lucky to end the season at a .500 mark...and now they are doin better then that and everyone is still not pleased...stayed at mcminn central and quit talkin like you know what is goin on in cleveland
