You really challenge yourselves by playing Warren County don't you. Meanwhile we play and beat private schools and aren't afraid to play Lebanon. Let's see you schedule Maryville, Oakland, or Alcoa. Creasy was a coordinator in 6A one year before coming back to TC.

What I know is that Watertown was playing boys that were zoned for LHS. Watertown was an easy W for us all the years they were in our region . But know that they have 6A boys at the 2A level now and their record showed this advantage. Now they are in our region again ( TC) and it's like having to play a private again. Lebanon needs a coach to get those boys back home. I can't wait to play LHS and get that W.

Creasy came from Riverdale to Trousdale. He did a great job with feeder school and was at the junior pro games on Saturdays. The disadvantage is having fewer assistants and less talent. It seems easier to coach the upper rungs because of more money to your program to purchase equipment and ability to get assistants because of more teaching positions. Many 1A and 2A coaches have to coach other sports and we have several volunteer coaches. I would rather hire successful lower classification coaches because they seem to be able to get the best out of their talent and teach fundamentals. They are very dedicated . I wouldn't consider a middle school coach for a 6A job unless he is a Satterfield.

Let me ask you this? Do you think Waggoner was the only coach willing to run the wing t. I mean you have to search all the way to Georgia to find someone? Really?

There was screams of firing when we lost to Gordonsville. Fact. No one knew about the gas then either. FBI you aren't living up to your name. FBI agents are about suspicion and building a case. Crack that corn.

He had a plan when he hired Barker too. I think he might be losing his touch. I think steelcity proved a lot with his investigation about Waggoner's lack of honesty/sincerity in accepting jobs.

Gordonsville was very Physical against us this year, but the graduate lots of seniors. Their RB was tough and just a sophomore but not sure they have the size to block for him in 2017.

We all know Creasy tried to leave every time there were openings in 5 or 6A. No one would take a,chance on him until Oakland. There is little respect for 1 or 2 A coaches but fact is they work 10 times harder because of lack of assistants or players.

We heard in TC that Coach Gentry from Cookeville is a finalist. Before Cookeville Cavalier he was a Smith County Owl.

Who interviewed? Word in TC was only 8 were interviewed . Did Coach Stephen Jackson apply?

I just think we had choices of coaches that have won gold and not sure why we didn't take one over someone who hasn't?

Your buddy may be best for all I know but we already know Rang and Rice won rings in TN. They are respected and proven. Anyone with jacket roots understands our tradition, pride, and demands. Barker didn't and was a bust.
