Riverdale only won state with Rankin as their coach. And Rankin did not run wingt. Red Bank was not 6A. I do not know what Whitehaven ran so you could be correct on those.

At the 6A level? Name them.

You are dead on. Teams run the wingT when their line is not huge. Creasy runs a type of hybrid wingT and before he was coach at Oakland , no team had won state running wingT.
