We are looking forward to coming back up there and having a good game with hopefully no injuries this year. Everyone there was polite and good sports. You guys got a good team. A buddy of mine coaches at Science Hill and he's been complimentary of your team's performance and most importantly the sportsmanship of your players. Hope though to leave with a different outcome this year. Ready to get there early and eat BBQ down by the creek. Good stuff.

You have lost your mind. I just watched the Hudl video, sideline and endzone. The white hat didn't motion anything in the play before the score on the 3 yard line. Nothing. Next play was the score and helmet fling and yes it should've been flagged. Don't start that.

I was told #11 got hurt against West. If so that will be a big blow to FHS. I hope if he was hurt it was nothing serious . Hoping Farragut goes deep into November

I assure you he knows as everyone in the stadium knew what happened. I know Rusty and it will be addressed. Your coaches were justified in frustration. I have no idea why white hat standing 10 yards away didn't throw flag. I've maintained 2 things, we had nothing to do with officiating and it was only 15 penalties

I suggest you check the thread. I didn't respond to Lady Kee or "lash" as you've said. I've stated facts/ game stats. Those game stats that are being exaggerated on social media came from your posters

15 total. 4 personal fouls(2coach)(2players),2 holding, 1 delay of game, 1 neutral zone infraction, 1 block in back and rest were offsides and illegal procedure. Coach getting tossed was unfortunate. It was a bad no call. He was justified being irate. It was after a TD. We missed PAT so nothing to whine about. When people embellish penalties by a factor of 17 and post on Facebook and Twitter, it invalidates the whole issue with the neutral referees.

GB had 15 penalties. 15 . That's why the people posting 32 have NO credibility. Posting pure fabrication on Twitter also. I agree officiating was bad, but to use social media to inflate your stats by a factor of 17 is idiotic

Your team had 15, not 35 penalties. You had 2 fumbles and threw 1 interception. When your penalty factor is off by a margin of 20, you lose all credibility PERIOD. So let's get this straight, all I hear is the helmet play not being a penalty. Let's say it was called. 15 yards on a PAT. It occurred after the 2nd TD, didn't affect score in any fashion. A PAT that GCA missed anyway. No factor. Grow up, you are teaching your kids if you don't get the outcome you want, then completely blame 2 other entities

I was on their sideline running the chains. Their coaches and players all were polite and cordial even when things got chippy with the coach being ejected. Coaches and players know we as GCA people had nothing to do with officiating. I don't blame coach for getting ejected. Very questionable call and he felt strongly against it and probably felt he was protecting his players. But it was the students and adults in the stands yelling and insulting. Greenback administrator brought 3 Knox County Deputies to their side because he said they were out of control. I know the players were mad at calls, but they were respectful and friendly. I think the people in the stands were more angry than the actual players. It's HS football, not life or death. Also I'd appreciate you not bash our Christian school and parents for something we couldn't control

It's reap what you sow BTW. It was bad officiating, not bad coaching or bad players on either side. Blow up on TSSAA if you want but GCA just played the game

Ok it's one thing to say some officiating was questionable. I even don't have a problem with someone say it was very bad, but to make a statement on social media accusing GCA of paying off the TSSAA refs is over the line. That is liable. I suggest you don't go down that path. Understand ? There were bad calls, some on both sides. I admit it looked like Greenback had 2 questionable calls. Facts are facts. Greenback was defensively shut down 2nd half and GCA scored 21 points. You can be mad at officials but keep the coaches and kids out of it.

The officiating crew just showed up to the field in 3 vehicles. One had a bumper sticker that said' "Buy local, buy Blount County". The other one was a 4 door truck that had a sticker," I'm proud of my Loudon County honor roll student". The last one was a Jeep Wrangler that had a sticker that read, "I get my hunting supplies at Barnetts Guns and Indoor Range, Hampton,TN. NOT LOOKING GOOD!!
