Very dumb, play it at a neutral site like Cleveland or Cleveland State. 4 hour trip for no reason. District 3AA is in the same situation. Meigs plays Central and Tellico plays Polk and we have to go all the way to Marion Co

Tyner vs Meigs. I have seen Tyner play for about a half against a good opponent, they got down big but battled back and made it a good game, they are a solid team that plays hard. They are the favorite in this game but I will give Meigs a punchers chance simply because they are scrappy and there ability to shoot the three keeps them in a lot of games, if there hitting from the outside it will be a battle if not Tyner will pull away. Polk vs Brainerd is anyone game but I’m going with Polk simple because of Milen.

I had a pretty good break down. I thought SW would get the win but when you have a player the caliber of Milen you’re in every game. I had a feeling that Central would be in the game at the end and it was a one point game with 1:30 to go. The gym was packed and Meigs used that energy to lead almost the whole game but CSAS never quit. Tyner took care of business like I thought.

Really looking forward to that drive to Marion Monday & Tuesday lol. Can we all just have a vote to move it to somewhere in Chattanooga?

It was a good game, Meigs led for almost the whole game. CSAS took the lead at the end of the 3rd but Meigs took the lead right back and got up by about 8 and CSAS started fouling with about 2:30 minutes to go, Meigs hit enough foul shots to hang on for the win.

Not trying to be disrespectful towed ether team but that was one of the worst games I’ve seen in a long time especially for Meigs. For the officiating that was absolutely pathetic, and good job by Tyner players and fans for keeping their cool for the most part. And I will leave it at that. That’s the first time I’ve seen them before and I hope the last.

Region 2 CSAS at Central. This game is over before it even starts. Central bench players will play a lot. Meigs at Tyner. I think Meigs wins handedly. Marion at Tellico. Tellico runs away with it. Kingston at Polk. IMO this is the game that district 4 has the best chance to win. I think Polk will struggle with the speed of Kingston’s guards and I think that will be the difference in the game and Kingston gets the win.

That’s a good break down. Polk at Sweetwater. SW is very good on defense and the Upton kids is one of the best players in the region. SW wins. Central at Brainerd this game will be closer than some think, Central has two really good players and a good supporting case but Brainerd wins. CSAS at Meigs. I’m with you on this game, It’s a hard one to pick but I’m going with Meigs, playing at home Meigs will have a huge crowd and they feed off of it and get the win. Kingston at Tyner. This game will be one sided with Tyner winning big. Kingston’s best player and in my opinion the best player in the region is out with an injury but Tyner would win regardless. I think McMinn Central and Gatlinburg-Pittman are the favorites. Meigs will have a uphill battle now after being upset by Tellico because more than likely they will be on Central’s side of the bracket, and I don’t think Tellico can go on the road and beat GP or Alcoa. But it’s tournament time and anything can happen.

Probably not lol. I knew Central would be the favorite this year and Meigs, Tellico & Kingston would be close. And I was surprised by Meigs sweeping Kingston and Tellico in the regular season considering that they were rebuilding this year. But I think Meigs has more talent then everyone but Central but inexperience from players & coaches shows some times and you just have to learn from it and move on. I predict that district 3 girls will sweeps district 4. Friday night could be Meigs at Tyner.

Boys Chattanooga teams are usually a little stronger but I believe it’s a little closer this year and there should be some really good games, but I could be wrong. I can post links to the games if you don’t have them and are interested in listening

District 3 both games will be on the radio Monday 7:30 Central vs Kingston and Tuesday championship Meigs Vs Sweetwater.

I think they can do it exactly playing at home. I really hate to see that the young man from Kingston got hurt. Kingston might have pulled it out over Sweetwater if he didn’t go down. Let’s hope for a speedy recovery.

I agree it was the same way for Meigs in 2020 with 8 girls that could play and it was all about matchups and that determined on who played the most. But I would like to see district 3 sweep district 4 so we don’t have to drive all the way to Marion Co lol.

Sweetwater is a solid team and playing good right now. Meigs is a little up and down but they can shoot the three ball and if they get hot they can play with anyone. Central’s kinda like Meigs up and down but they have some good wins over teams like McMinn Co. Kingston is just under manned but they have one of the best players in the region. Anything can happen come tournament time.

I can’t decide which player I think better. Milen or the kid from Kingston. I think I’m leaning towards the kid from Kingston I think he’s more expensive but the kid from Polk is smooth.

I was told last night if district 3 girls weep district 4 the first round, that the semifinals and championship game would come back to Meigs. After I saw what Meigs girls did to Polk last night that’s likely to happen.

Polk scores. Milen 20, Patterson 19, Armstrong 5, Adans 2. Meigs lives and dies by the three, if there hitting there a hard out. But I think they shoot to mine sometime.

Good predictions and exactly what I have in the East. In region 2 Meigs beat Polk by 22 last night.
