Another good game was Dyersburg and Sheffield. Unfortunatly Dyersburg lost in overtime 26-23.

I would say that if you are truly in to playing football you can try it. I wanted to in high school but the practices looked brutal even for a guy. There is a professional women footbal league that you can try out for when you are 18. I was looking in to it but i can't leave college for it. That would be your best shot. Tennessee has a couple of teams in the league. Good luck with whatever you decide.

Well according to the TSSAA article Obion doesnt have a shot even if they win and Covington loses. But still Obion has a reason to play and that is to win cause it is senior night. Go Obion!!!

It also depends on the coach. Some coachs would push you harder than a guy, even though the regular football practices and workouts are super hard. Some coachs just might not want a girl on his team. To me i know some coachs that would not even think about having a girl on the team cause they are old school and thats fine. It is really upto the coach if they will allow a girl on the team.

Not only has Dyersburg had four weeks (Dyer Co., Covington, Haywood, and Obion Co.) of bad first half, but also during the Covington and Haywood games they had bad first three quarters. Atleast they are getting back on track with the score in the third. They got the lead in the third and kept it. The last two games they didnt get the lead till the end of the fourth.

This might be the first time Dyersburg has won both games during the two week fall break. The two weeks off takes its toll on the players. That was visible during the last two games but they are back in school and much more concentrated.

The game finished very close with Dyersburg 15 Haywood 14. Haywood scored the two touchdown in the first half, the first touchdown coming in the first 12 seconds. Dyersburg scored their last 12 points in like the last 7 minutes of the game. Dyersburg battled back and locked up the region title.

Another is #2 Dyersburg 15 Haywood County 14 Dyersburg was down 3-14 with like 7 minutes left in the forth and luckly came back to win.

So far our record is not good. All I know is that we have a losing record. Right now we are 3-1 in district and we just played millington last night. So far we are doing okay but not good enough.

Yeah we have a freshman pitcher, Jessica Smith, that has taken over for Jamison. But the hitting has just picked up and that is what has killed us in the past weeks. So far we are 1-0 in district and we are going against Hardin County tomorrow. So far it is going slow but we are picking up.

Jackson North Side moved and hardly anyone knows. Either that or no one believes that North Side will last in AA. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.
