I've noticed that we keep it real about our team's poor play here on CoachT ( lately myself included ) but the other teams are still giving OR their best shot.. Let's give our best shot on CoachT. Forget the 2 - 7 record. Remember we will have the best defensive player ( Berven ) on the field against CC, McMinn Co and Rhea County. Heyward maybe the best offensive player out there. And enjoy the last part of the 2021 season with the friends you go to the games with.

Guys don't forget Blankenship will host the first Knoxville vs East Tennessee All Star football game when the playoffs end. Coach Gaddis will coach the ET team. I would expect several Wildcats to be on the team. The game will be done by Rivalry Thueday's / Mark Packer's group.

It took me seven weeks to get...we don't have an offense. As much as I love the Wildcats on offense they just haven't jelled together. However, maybe this is the week we BREAK OPEN THE BANK AND GET BIG MONEY! RWR!

Unfortunately, these aren't our daddies OR. I have not seen it mentioned yet but doesn't CC have a very talentd RB? Dig in deep and grind Wildcats! Do it for the city. Do it for your school. Do it for all the Wildcats before you. Do it for your family. Do it for yourselves. Just darn get it done! WOO HOO! WtW is always a Wildcat fan. RWR!

I think I saw Oak Ridge play Halls that year. Don't remember much but they had a player who was a legacy player. Meaning his family had other siblings play for Halls, I think it was close scoreing with Halls winning.'

Oakland isn't even the best team that starts O A K... the teams that are the best ever to represent Tennessee are the 1958 State / National Champions and 1991 Oak Ridge State Championship teams. Mic drop...BOOM! Pick it up and drop again....BOOM! BOOM!

Dang! I get to introduce the last game of the Season for the Wildcats. It is an honor! Basically, in a nutshell, who wins plays the following week at McMinn County in the Playoffs. The losing team gets to travel to Rhea County OR would probably do better against the Indians. Rhea County poured the offense all over 6-A Bradley Central. Get nasty Wildcats or lose to Campbell County! Who say WIN? Wildcats SAY WIN! RWR!

I don't know / remember saying this before but I was wrong about this season. I am still a cardinal and gray glasses type of guy. Something went terribly wrong after the State game last season and nobody knew how to fix it. Coach Gaddis was nice to me and gave me a few jersies, a hat and a polo so I like the man. Never will I say he must go. All I will say is he should go before his hearth fails him. This season has been hard on me but I WANT A WIN OVER CAMPBELL COUNTY then a playoff win over McMinn County and blast off through the playoffs. IT CAN HAPPEN! GO BRAVES! RWR!

The Blade Years are sort of my Oak Ridge Black Hole years. I had moved to Chattanooga, got married and threw myself in 100% to my teaching career at Woodmore Elementary. A typical Friday Night was staying to 7 PM to ready my classroom for the next week, having dinner with my wife at a Mexican Resturant then going straight to bed. I literally have no opinion on Blade. I did like Stevens but I knew he had to go. Who do I want as OR coach...? Gaddis Minor Maryville or Alcoa coach...HC or Assistand coach.

I have spoken to C&G on the phone and he has attended many OR games since he son was a starter for two years. His family now is playing college ball so Friday nights are for traveling to Saturday game. C&G has earned the right to post here on his own terms. WRW!

Sweet, you got Cardinal Gray all wrong. He has gone to many home / away games. He had family on the team the previous four years. We both graduated in 1982.He is just more laid back on CoachT but he is ROCK HARD WILDCAT FAN. Reason he can't attend games this season is he is going to college games to watch his Family play
