Tonight’s Upperman vs White Co game should be good. If we can get reed and jones in foul trouble that would definitely help. Both coaches our very good coaches and can make it hard to beat them because they can adjust there game plan. It doesn’t matter that south side lost 3 starters. There is still plenty of talent to win a gold ball again this season.

I figure white county will host the girls district tournament. I figure Upperman will most the boys tournament. I’m a Upperman fan. Seems like they play there district games at tenn tech. district 7 3A

this coming year should be interesting. There is alot of good teams returning a lot players. Upperman lost alot but is returning really good players. Macon is returning the borders twins so you have to feel they our going to be really good.

This is a free country. You have an opinion and there is nothing wrong with speaking your opinion. I’m a upperman fan and I speak mine. When you have a winning program kids want to play for a winner. So some kids just want to play for that program. Upperman coaches our not recruiting players. They want to play for a winning program. Upperman is losing some good players and next year we will just have to see. Macon is definitely going to be good next year. Who knows about the rest. Just have to wait and see. Upperman is returning a lot of there skill players.

It was a great game. Upperman just didn’t have an answer for the no huddle. They had a hard time stopping it. Congratulations to pearl cohn for winning the state title. Upperman has a lot returning next year and has a shot to make it back. There is a lot of teams that feel that they will be playing for the state next year. That’s the reason we play the game. Pearl Cohn was in Upperman spot last year. So upperman knows what they have to do to make it back. You just have to see if they can. That’s the reason we play the games. Great season upperman we our proud of you.

I’m going with the bees. I feel they run the ball and pass if pc fills the box. PC is a great team and they should be the favorite because they played last year. Upperman has found a way to win all year. So I’m still going to go with them. Upperman just can’t get down a lot early in the game. They also can’t get In a shoot out. This should be a really good game.

I have only watched 10 minutes of film on pearl cohn. They have team speed and it seems like they want to run a fast pace on offense. To try and tire out the defense. Upperman has to run the ball and throw it enough to try and not make themselves one dimensional. Upperman can’t get into a shootout with them. They our not built to do that I don’t feel. Coach wants to run the ball and out physical the other ol and dl. If Upperman can execute there offense and defense like they did greenevile. I feel they have a chance. Pearl Cohn is going to score. Upperman just get down big early because if we have to really on pass our qb is not ready to sling it every yet. Should be next year but not this season

If Upperman can control the game like last week I feel they can win. If they get down early and a lot I think Pearl Cohn will win. If Upperman can run the ball and slow down Pearl Cohn like they were able to Greeneville. I like Upperman chance. Should be a terrific game.

How does everyone feel about this game?

Borders twins our amazing players. Tripp for white co is amazing also and is a really good basketball player to. There is way to many players in our region to just pick one. The game tomorrow night is going to be good and who wants it the most and the one that doesn’t turn the ball over the least and can’t get penalties in spots that cause drives to stall

I want to say upper Cumberland reporter is showing it. I think I saw were they but don’t hold me to that.

Until Upperman upgrades it stadium, field and bleachers. No one wants to play us. Maybe in the future after that happens maybe we can get some teams to play us. This is really starting to feel like David vs Goliath thing lol. Best part is the game is played on the field and not on coacht. Greeneville has a storied program and play some very good teams. Upperman wants to get to that point. This is Upperman 3rd time in the semifinals in the last 6 years. So if you want to get over the hump and play for a state championship you have to beat Greeneville, Pearl Cohn or Haywood. I’m originally from west tenn. So I know what kind of program Haywood has about every year. Upperman may get the brakes beat off of them Friday night. They can also come home with a victory and play December 2 for a state title. We will know Friday night.

There is a lot of passionate fans on here. That what’s so fun with high school football. Greeneville has a great program if upperman wants to get the point were Greeneville, Elizabethan, Alcoa and ect. You have to beat them and if you don’t play them you can’t get to that point. Upperman will find were they our at Friday and just go from there.

Upperman has played some good teams. White County is the biggest school in 4a. They have been in 5a until this season. No we havnt played Alcoa, Maryville, Oakland and ect. Macon Co could have been were we our this week played Greeneville. Macon Co has some players the border kids our terrific players. The quarterback at white co is a great player. Lebanon has a good rb also. Both teams I’m sure our ready buckle up the chinstraps and vet after each other. I have a lot of respect for Greeneville and there team but I still feel upperman can home with a victory Friday night. This team is different in the past on offense we have been one dimensional and this team is not. Defense kept us in games early until then offense came around. Upperman rb that was up for mr football 2 years ago is finally getting back to full strength. He tore his knee up last year. So this should be a good game. Whoever wants it the most Friday night will get to play for the state title on December 2.
