Well that sounds like a good hire for y’all ! Always good to have alumni running a program that have sweat equity in it. They will give you their best! 

Where did Tommy bunch come from ? Also is meigs moving to 3a. Been out of the loop lately.

Here’s a scenario , say Oz beats midway and we lose to oakdale… hope not but it could happen, are we done for the season? 
 
But if we beat oakdale and Oz beats midway that puts us in 2nd place with a first round home game correct?

Hate to hear you can’t make it but here is a link to the live video. Our local sports guy has launched a new sports network this year. They will also be a live pregame show as well that you can watch. It will also be live on the Independent Herald Facebook page. It will all go live at 6:30

I had forgotten about playing loudon , but I don’t think Webb will be as good of a team as Boyd is. But for our region nothing even close.

Boyd is big and fast. We won’t see anyone like that the rest of the year IMO. Athletes all over the field. I’m curious to see how the boys handle a loss like this. I don’t remember one this bad before. Hopefully it puts some spark in them. Our offensive play calling was non existent. 

I’m worried about our offense executing plays with our best player at qb and not playing Rb. I think he’s more dangerous when running the ball. Our run D has improved alot over last season and looking forward to seeing #65 be a wrecking ball this season. Not sure about our pass D yet. Time will tell

I’m hearing the t$$aa is making up in revenue for the limited tickets. $9.40 a ticket with a convenience charge. Nothing convenient about making parents scramble to buy a ticket to make sure they get to see there kid play ball

I will be praying for the everyone in the meigs area. Very saddened to hear this news. 

The 4 weeks off got these boys motivated.. hitting hard all night flying to the ball and was after the QB all night long. I give midways qb the toughness award. He took a beating and kept getting back up. I was proud of the way they played tonight. Actually shows what they can do when we have all of our starters back. Good win and momentum starter for them. Take this into next week.
