they would beat WEB Dubois! that team has been OVERRATED all season! Everytime they played a tough team they lost!

Toughest District in the state is 15A by far! Douglass and MASE both headed to state! Manassas or MAHS could have just as easily made it in substate games vs anybody!

I told you all Douglass is a different animal this season.

Gipson made easy work of middleton. 1A ball in Memphis was a beast this year.

helloooooooo I tried to tell you guys! lol Memphis 1A ball is very different this year! Both substate games ended in blowout fashion!

is it the same team that played HB at Middleton and HaYWOOD AT mIDDLETON? If so I have seen this team! One of the guards in the backcourt get in foul trouble vs Douglass and it will be a blowout!!!

you guys remember that state championship press a few years back from Craigmont in 3A? Douglass has the same pressure in 1A now. Sooner or later a team folds under the pressure. A team would have to be 7-8 guards deep to handle that pressure for four quarters. I saw Middleton twice this season. Ty Parks plus the other two ball handlers is not nearly enough. Middleton/s bench is not close to Douglass. Middleton's coach is better then Douglass. As far as players he don't have enough guard play to beat Douglass.

Middleton struggled with MAHS right? Douglas is wayyyyy better!!!

Memphis will win both sectional games this year!

and you all will give a parent a job in your town to get a kid to transfer from westview or some other towns like that!

all everybody talks about is middleton, HB, or UC. two teams from Memphis will make it in 1A this year. Mark my words! Douglass plus MASE, MAHS, or Manassas will make it.

Douglass is a carbon copy of the 08 Union City team except bigger! I have seen the top 1A teams in west Tennessee and Douglass is the best by FAR!!!!

MAHS ranked #7 in AP polls and Manassas beat them twice so far this season! 15A is very tough!!! Douglas is Ranked #4 in AP.

When the smoke clears Douglas, MASE, MAHS, Manassas, and BTW will have a say so in the State tourney! Those 5 teams make up the toughest District in 1A this season.

WEB Dubois was a one hit wonder and couldn't even make it to regional. MASE is really good but behind Douglas, Manassas, and MAHS right now. WEB Dubois won't make it past district tourney again. Even with playing lil Catt who should not be eligible because he played AAU ball with dubios head coach plus he was at BTW last season.

bottom line a lot of these officials are horrible and then take stuff personal! If a violation happens right in your face then you should be able to make a call!

1A ball in Memphis has never been this tough! We have MASE, Douglas, MAHS, Manassaas, and BTW all capable of making a state run! Post season play will be really good with two of these teams playing for regional championship.
