Yes, CCHS was beating CHS to pieces, coaching staff put in subs midway through the 3rd quarter. No team in single A in my opinion has a chance at beating Crossville. 2A District 7 is going to be a tough bout for sure.

Pickett County could be, but still may be a one and done for them like in the past. I'm hearing a lot of fussing going on between the players and was told the coach is burnt out and doesn't want to coach anymore, which that part I find hard to believe. But I guess come March we'll all know for sure.

It was nice of the CCHS coaching to do that, Lamar would have done the same thing but since the games was over in the first quarter that's when he would have started subbing the younger players not mid way through the 3rd.

Tomorrow nights a rematch at CCHS, so we'll know for sure about 7:30

After watching CCHS play Clarkrange High the other night I'm going to have to disagree, they are way better than 40 points than PC. Their press is unheard-of they beat you to death and don't get called for it so I'm sure that's why they beat PC by 36.

What happened in this game, is Cumberland that good or did Pickett just not show up?

Is the games still being played?

Being down or not will be determined when they play a competitive team, so far they really haven't . I will say the same thing about Clarkrange they are down some, but have played some decent competition. And that's what it takes is to play bigger teams. Good luck to both teams, just hope both can upset Clay County.

They beat Smith County and North Greene, Not a lot of offense either game, lots of defense.

This group of boys are much improved from last season, they played a heck of a game last night against Macon County, I'm thinking the head coach change makes a lot of the difference in last year verses this year. Great game boys and congrats on the new coach!

This thread is only about Greenfield and Gibson County, just some selfish people that would rather put their children's life at risk over a stupid trophy, it would be sad for someone from those two areas to catch Covid 19 and pass away because they where selfish and wanted to play a game to just make a point, you all are sad indeviduals and really should be a shamed of yourselves for thinking this way.
