Yea they beat us and may beat us again but it was at their house, they shot 27 foul shots(we shot 4) so I'm not gonna worry abt that game .....we'll see. As a Summertown dad , I ho hardly believe Greenfield is the team to beat but I ain't HS ding then a gold ball yet!

Rebelman weren't you the one boasting at the start of the yr how good McKenzie was and then recently how good Huntingdon was with Fuller back? I on the other hand, am very impressed that 2 teams made up of freshman and sophomores could ride a bus 2&1/2 hrs, play like crap and still send the 2 mentioned above home. Oh, and we're gonna keep talking about this yr (Summertown/Loretto) but I guess u guys (Huntingdon/McKenzie) should go ahead and be thinking abt next yr. Peace!

Summertown vs Loretto rd 5.... who ya got? Funny how there's a west TN post, a who wins it all in 2019 post but yet all we get on this thread is how neither of us got a shot against Greenfield....geeeezzzzz They both may be 1 and dones in MBoro and that'll be ok cause they're both really (REALLY) young and are gonna be back for yrs! Greenfield or Gibson co will probably win it all and they should but as I said in a previous post, you'll know Summertown and Loretto was there and will back better and stronger next time! Seriously West TN folks! We know how good yalls basketball is over there.... WE GET IT!

Series should be 2-2. Loretto didn't win the 4th matchup. Summertown lost it! But as doc said, we should both be in MBoro barring a meltdown. I guess we'll find out where we stack up wth the West, Clarkrange and Clay. You'll know we've been there by the time it's over tho. And remember, Loretto starts a freshman, 2 sophomores and 2 Jrs Summertown starts 4 sophomores and freshmen so neither going anywhere for awhile

Oh and btw everybody, this back and forth abt the miss basketball is gettin kinda dumb...... I can honestly say I know nothing abt the young lady from TCA but as a Summertown dad. 1) Chloe Moore is an absolute stud. Totally took over the 2nd half of last yrs state championship against us and is well deserved if she wins it. 2) Karly Weathers may be the best player in TN (all classes) shes not averaging her pts on 30 attempts. It's usually like 10-14 from the fld and makes everyone around her better. Whoever wins it, it'll be deserved!
