5. Crockett County
I think Dyersburg and South Side will probably make sub state and play for a region championship.
Lexington will be much better. They have been really young the past 2 years so should have some experience and they have some athletes for sure
District 13; Greenfield - Dresden - Bradford - Union City
District 14 Gibson County Peabody Midlleton...
Greenfield and gibson county in the region championship and I have Gibson County
District 11: Huntingdon - McKenzie... Don't know
District 12 Loretto - Summertown - Collinwood...
District 12 will sweep this region and have 2 teams go to sub state
District 13: Westview - Crockett - Dyersburg - south Gibson
District 14; South Side - Scotts Hill - chester - Lexington
South side will win the region vs Westview
District 13 top 4: Dyersburg, south Gibson, Obion County and Westview
District 14 top 4: South Side, Lexington, North Side, Chester County
District 14 could sweep this region and have 2 teams in Sub-state
District 15 is going to be really good. Top 4 is Bolivar, Fayette Ware, Covington, Haywood
District 16 I'm as familiar but Wooddale, Hamilton, Melrose, Mitchell
If the numbers are tied to funding then I would say you can trust them. I don't see any principal turning down thousands of dollars for a school to play in a lower class.
I would say it will be at least mid to late September before we see the numbers and districts. Maybe even longer.
No way South Gibson is 2A. But if you drop them into that other group that you labeled 13AAA you will have a pretty good picture of what Region 7 AAA will look like when it is all said and done.
Also, I think Bolivar is stuck in Region 8 regardless of whether they stay 2A or bump up to 3A
