Winchester all the way.

The build up to the Regional Championship game is becoming intense. Max Prep (only 2A ranking I can find) has Lewis County jumping Riverside to come in at number nine with Riverside at 10! We have two weeks till the big game! Who you got? Side note; they still have Page at #5 for 5A and Richland coming on strong at #18. Will the Region winner really want to take them on?

So, we have not had anyone choose Riverside or Hohenwald (yet) but we do have one for Sale Creek.

Since this post is at the top of the page, I reread it. I honestly believe you are trying to get me banned not because I’m a bad poster or done any thing wrong. I think the reason is because your program has been called out for what it is and that is completely eating you.

Did you happen to see the Huntington game? I looked at Riversides schedule and saw they played Lexington. Seems they have played a couple of teams that were competitive. Did they run RPO?

So, what you are saying is, between Riverside and Hohenwald, you are choosing Sale Creek?

Hohenwald travels to Riverside for the region championship. Both teams are going to boast 9-1 records and similar schedules. Hohenwald lost to dominant Fayetteville while Riverside lost to Huntington. Winner wins the region and prolly hosts Richland for the first round. Game is at Riverside. Don’t know how much of an advantage it will be for them but do know it wont be as much as for Hohenwald if game was there. A lot is on the line for both teams. Can Riverside stop that churning offense? Will Lewis be able to pull the magic for one more game? Winner will virtually be a write in for the second round. Will the winner be able to beat a good team twice, in that second round? Who do you have? I’m pulling for Lewis but think Riverside pulls it out!

Yeah, that’s not the same, even remotely! I don’t and have not known any of their kids so, as to say I bash kids is not only a misnomer but shows you are trying to stretch something to your own fallacy. Maybe you are correct. Sounds like the people down there need to start demanding more accountability from their coach and administrators. Maybe it would add validity and credibility to what they accomplish. Teach very important (real) life lessons. Teaching kids to stack the deck is not going to help them in the real world.

It’s actually not harassment for pulling for their sons team (sympathy card). It’s prolly more that people are seeing the actual value of the program. I mean, 7-1 record but not ranked? What I am actually referring to is that has to be a first ever for Hohenwald, isn’t it? Could it be The AP voters are visibly seeing what I am saying and have been saying? So, I am actually wondering if the Hohenwald fans are not beating their chests like they usually do because of how it makes them look rather than any type of harassment. Read below; You two obviously do not know or understand how message boards actually work. Owners/moderators will not tolerate threats or harassment from one poster onto another. They will stop it. First with a warning (most likely) then a ban. When they ban, it is an IP address and since a name can only be used once, it will have to be a new one. Additionally, neither coacht nor moderators will allow the same IP address to host multiple users. Doing so would undermine credibility of the website/forums and thus create bias. I say all that just to say, nope, it’s only me; the one and only Pizzpatriot!

All they would have to do is schedule traditionally weak non region games and get in with a couple of guys up here in the t$$aa!

1976, 77, 89, 90, 92, 98, 04,05, 09, 10, 12, 14 and just year before last. You prolly shudda looked it up like I just did before you stuck your foot in your mouth and asked that question. Of course that is going to be a no! Why would anyone not go to their own teams game. That’s just plain stupid. Especially to (fight) some loud mouth keyboard lacky!

Yeah, I see what you are saying and I agree. If you are crowned regional champions and win three playoff games, more than likely, you deserve or probably deserved the region title. The problem is when you go 10-0 and undefeated into the playoffs and lose in the first round to some 4-6 or 5-5 team.

Now, don’t mistake what I think as me caring. I am beginning to feel bad about blowing them up and calling ‘em out but at same time, I am mocking the entire program. I gave the best case scenario of how they can reach the third round. Will something like that happen? It very well could and it did for them back in ‘13. We all know how calls go on Friday nights in Hohenwald, especially in playoff games. IT’s sorta like that ole’ movie Mighty Ducks. You can’t help but root for the Mighty Ducks.

Nah, already have plans to watch the capstone to our regional championship. Reason why I asked was because if it was in Hohenwald, we could go ahead and crown LC regional paper champions again and just skip on into the playoffs. But, since it is not, Riverside may actually have a chance. Either way, I am going to be interested in how the placings shake out. I know you think I dislike Hohenwald but, honestly, I don’t. I am really pulling for them to beat Riverside. I want to see them make it to the third round. If they can pull it out in a couple of weeks, they have a decent to good shot at making it to the third round. Can they beat Riverside twice? Doubt it. If Chapel Hill beats Riverside before the third round, can they beat LC, probably. Either way, I’m pulling for the underdog kittens!
