Franklin County lost every one of there starters. They lost 12 graduates. Columbia could do really well this year. They were very young and ended in 2nd in the tourny so with the returning experience they can make a good run. I think Lincoln County is also set up nice to push for the crown this year even though i'm not sure what they lost.

Shelbyville doesn't have the pitching. They only had brothers last year so unless they can come up with a really good pitcher it'll be all their offense and everyone knows you can't win without pitching. What we need to be asking is who has the most coming back?

This is a simple topic. Every year everyone wants to talk about who is going to topple Riverdale. Untill Riverdale doesn't win the district it's theirs to loose. Its not all about talent, it's knowing how to win. They always seem to get the big hit at the right moment and before you know it or even realize how it happened they come out with a win

Lincoln County is looking to have a good year. The defense will be pretty sharp from what I have gotten to see in scrimages. The QB postion will be the big question. As of now it will be either a Junior who has some esperience from last year and from talk a very talented Sophmore. Either way Lincoln should be a solid team.

To get back on the topic that was started, the kid is definately ready to go Defensively. I havent seen him play enough to know exactly how well he can hit but for the little time I have seen him in the field, he is definately one of the smoothest short stops i have seen play the game. When you are that smooth you are definately for the next level wiht the glove.

Ya'll are acting like everyone is playing their best ball. Well noone is playing there best ball the 1st 2 weeks of the season. Maybe Coffee isn't as good as everyone thinks they are. It seems they can only win if Bubba is on the mound. Or maybe they just are ready yet. But thats how it is suppossed to be. No one needs to be playing to the best of their ability at this point. You dont want that to happen until May when everyone is making their push towards the district and so on until Memphis. Their are gonna be mistakes and there will be bad games played at times. The best team will be the one that can learn the most from those games and use it later on.

Hey all you fellows out there. I have the greatest idea. The season starts tuesday and everyone will be playing. So lets jsut wait to see how things go before anyone talks smack about whoever.

How good is this coach and where did he coach last year? What was their record? I've heard it wasn't too hott.

Morris pitched for Tullahoma for 3 innings i think. He allowed no runs and i'm not sure if there were any hits. I have no idea who threw for Soddy but he wasnt to overwhelming u can say.

From what i hear Tullahoma only has Morris to pitch and after him they are shaky and will have some problems. So i dont see how they could be the favorite. I think u still have to let Coffee be the favorite untill someone takes them out. I dont really think either of those teams will when the district this year but untill then you have to let Coffee be the big dog wiht Vincent and the surrounding cast.

I think his name is like brothers or somethin. He transfered from some school around shelbyville so he has to sit out this year. I hear he is a junior so he still has one year left.

I heard Shelbyville's inelligable lefty throws in the mid 80's 2. too bad he cant play or it would be interesting when they are both hittin in that range
