It is more like a 3 team race between Oneida, Sunbright, and Wartburg for the top 3 and between OS and Midway for the 4 spot. OS got the edge with a win over Midway this week.

Any guesses as to who is going to finish on top this year in the district? My thoughts right now are 1 Oakdale 2 Harriman 3 Wartburg 4 Oneida 5 Rockwood 6 Coalfield 7 Sunbright 8 Midway 9 Oliver Springs

Not that the referees did not show but that the head coach forgot to tell them when the games were being played. A complete embarrassment for the school, but not as embarrassing as his coaching of the team. He was a losing head coach when he coached there before, and now he is back coaching again. Did not win a game last year, and beat a tired Jellico team playing their second game of the night for their only win this year. Players would be better off playing at Mt. Pisgah.
