Not to say the teams out of Alabama were bad or good. But Alabama has 7 classifications where Tennessee has 3 for basketball. This 4a schools down there would be 1a in Tennessee.

The refs didn’t cause them to lose that game. I know bobcat. I’ll just leave that there. But I will say this. Even Richland fans were apologizing to Pickett fans on the way out.

Put it this way. The refs took over. Richland shot 53 free throws. Pickett had three foul out and 3 more with 4. Tie ball game in overtime. Pickett gets a rebound and Richland fouls. Pickett makes the second. As ball goes through the hoop it hits a Pickett girl on the head. As she was under the goal turning around to go in defense Ref gives her a technical for delay of game. Richland makes both shots and Pickett has to foul on the inbound. This was with about 5 seconds left.
