I think most feel that Maryville vs Oakland is the real championship. So this game is a letdown for most outsiders other than the ravenwood and maryville fans. I don't always post on a maryville thread but I constantly read it, even I haven't read most of this thread an it's only 8 pages. I predicted Ravenwood 28-17... All I got is for a couple of bounces to go the Raptors way, if not maryville for a comfortable win. They need to re-do the brackets for Oakland conference and maryville conference to meet in the championship, because where Oakland has caught up to maryville now that game is coming down to who gets to host, that game needs to be at a neutral site.

No I wasn't in attendance I only listened to it, the refs were fair, I couldn't tell any bias, maryville just took it to them, However just cause the refs where from middle tn could backfire, let's just say 1 of the refs attended Blackman he/she probably isn't going to favor Oakland and vice versa if the refs where from east tn an 1 of them is a Wb alumni that could not go well in maryville favor.

Score wise I never predicted Oakland to win, but in so many words I did. Had I been forced to predict a score then you would have been correct I would have taken Oakland. From the professional, down to the collegiate, on to high school, football is on a different level when it comes to sports it's nothing like it. I always treat sports as what it is as entertainment, so I never lose sleep on who wins or lose a game until Friday night, I'm not going to lie I didn't sleep good, it's going to take me a couple days to accept the fact that Oakland lost. I'm usually working Friday nights so instead of attending games I'm usually listening to it on the radio, my intentions was only listening to the 1st quarter of the maryville vs db game because nobody took that game serious, but I got sucker into listening to it to the start of the 3rd because I was surprised on how good db played that night. So that really had me thinking if db could play that well against maryville imagine what Oakland going to do, man was I ever wrong.

1st off great win murvil. To my credit I said murvil 44-7 over farragut, murvil 42-7 over db, and then the New England Patriots come to town, I never predicted who was going to win. Before we all sing Kum ba yah should we really congratulate maryville or should we congratulate that they got to host the game. Are we all missing the trend here since 2016 whoever gets to host is going to win. Even without tee hodge last year if maryville was the host in the semis maryville would have found a way to win an not get trounced 37-0, had Oakland host this year we would all be congratulating Oakland and saying Oakland is just on a different level. Pretty simple to me. In other news Ravenwood 28-20 over murvil, Mr Oklahoma "the ville" is just going to double team you all night an force someone else to beat them, plus just keep the play opposite from the side your on, please ravenwood have a gameplan ready for this, thanks in advance. If I'm not mistaken didn't they get pulled over in abingdon over a traffic violation that got her caught

What's crazy they had all this evidence against her and it over 20 years to bust her on an unrelated crime

We get on here an bicker back and forth, we take shots at each other, throw insults and what not, this platform allows us to do so. Let's remember no matter who wins or lose it's just a game that we all grown to love. Most importantly we all been blessed, the murvil folks tonight traveling have their own transportation, money to eat at whatever restaurant/fast food joint they choose, and a roof over their heads when they return, so will the db fans. I thought you were going about the story about the previous owners of the Purple Cow restaurant in kingsport where the owner girlfriend dress up like a clown and shot his ex-wife, it was a national story that I know dateline did a special on it, a show called unmasked did something on it, and I'm sure other programs talked about it, it took 20+ plus years to finally gather enough evidence to arrest her.

Barney you know no matter what happened in the scrimmages that you guys are still going to the final four, seriously I pull against murvil every chance I get, but even I acknowledge that. Lord willing I will be db biggest fan come Friday but when a team is 63pts better you just have to accept the facts. Now the score won't be 63-0, of course murvil will call off the dawgs but 42-7, 7 coming against the 2nd string

Of course the state rankings, she pointed out that they only gave up 3 to Alcoa, but that mighty defense gave up more to Catholic.

You are talking out both sides of your mouth, one side you are agreeing with rw87 that it's basically just a scrimmage when Catholic man handled yall, so it's no big deal Then out the other side you bragging how bad yall put it on oakridge in a scrimmage, but now all of a sudden the scrimmage matters. Barney come on which one is it?

Me personally I know murvil is better since then, but you have to remember I'm asking for a friend.

Catholic was only in pads 3 days like you guys were, so no excuses. I love how people blame losing or bad team play on bad weather like the other team didn't have the same disadvantages.

Waco it's Compton, they just got that screen named banned after I showed out last year when they lost to Alcoa, not a Blackman fan, I'm a va high fan. I went to va high with Jaden fullen mom, I don't know how she left db last season and went to gate city because I believe they still lived in the kingsport city limits
