  1. Ironically, that's also the record of McMinn County's opponents as well. At least at last check it was. Useless info I know. Anyway, carry on.
  2. Honestly, its our prior opponents who are not giving Basin any love. Saying Central should win easily. Go figure.
  3. Hopefully we will be at full force this Friday. I don't think it will be a push over like most think.
  4. Log we had three key players out but trust me when I say this it wouldn't have mattered. The Loudon Red Bank game will be earth shattering.
  5. Your point didn't fly anywhere. I understood what you were saying. I was just handing out bonus info.
  6. All very good points. However, let me throw this stat on you. Central had three first downs the entire game. Loudon only had two third downs for the entire game. Let that sink in for a minute.
  7. I researched Bledsoe and that's why I said it would be a push meaning it could go either way. But that is the same Bledsoe that lost to Central last year so who knows?
  8. It's obvious reading comprehension is a struggle for you so I'm gonna type slower to help you out. (1) Tellico beat Sequoyah. (2) Basin beat Tellico. (3) Central dropped Sequoyah and picked up Tellico and Basin. (4) THEREFORE if the two teams Central picked up are better than the one they dropped...………………..... Furthermore if your gonna talk trash about Central get your facts straight. Tellico is 2A and I'm not pumping up any team. It's like my original post stated the schedule was supposed to be easier but who knew Tellico and Basin would be better than Sequoyah? Anyway, I'm done with this have a good day and God bless.
  9. On paper the schedule was supposed to be easier but as it turned out Tellico and Basin are both MUCH BETTER than Sequoyah and Bledsoe would be a push. Yes, nobody didn't expect them to beat McMinn, Meigs or Red Bank. However, nobody expected Loudon to be undefeated and Sweetwater only having one loss at this point. All four losses Central has is to teams with one loss amongst them with undefeated and state ranked Loudon coming this week. Oh yeah, that one loss... is Meigs over Sweetwater. It's the same schedule as last year with Tellico and Basin replacing Sequoyah and Bledsoe with Tellico and Basin being better. Plus Loudon and Sweetwater are much improved. So the schedule is harder.
  10. Yes, combined across the board. For the most part going well. However, there were some parents who didn’t like it and took their kids elsewhere. The result is the second age group up has only 14 players. How do you combine two programs and only have 14 players? Oh well, there’s one in every bunch.
  11. I was thinking that as well. Not good. Not good at all.
  12. Central JV was playing at Meigs I do believe. #3 was the player hurt for Central.
  13. The Central fans have really come out this year. McMinn was standing room only. Sweetwater was packed to capacity. RedBank was 90% full. We had just as much if not more at Polk county.
  14. Anyway, back to the original post. "McMinn vs Loudon" the Cherokees are playing Loudon this week? I thought Central was playing them?
  15. Very wide. Nick Saban could be coaching this team and it wouldn't matter.
  16. Exactly. You shouldn't have the problems Central does with 22 seniors on the roster.
